Přednáška představuje tradiční metodu výuky na vysokých školách. Cílem bakalářské práce je definování kritických faktorů úspěchu přednášek jako metody výuky v podmínkách Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze a navrhnout opatření k jejich zefektivnění. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a vymezuje filosofii, historii a současnost vzdělávání, současný stav vzdělávání na vysokých školách a pojetí přednášky i dalších metod vzdělávání na vysokých školách. Praktická část zkoumá podmínky realizace přednášek na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze a shrnuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi vybranými studenty a rozhovorů s oslovenými akademiky Fakulty podnikohospodářské. Lecture is the traditional method of teaching at universities. The aim of this work is to define critical success factors of lectures as a teaching method in terms of the University of Economics in Prague and to suggest measures to make them more effective. The theoretical part is based on the literature and defines the philosophy, history and present of education, the current state of education in higher education and the concept of lectures and other teaching methods at universities. The practical part explores the conditions of lectures at the University of Economics in Prague and summarizes the results of a survey conducted among selected students and interviews with academics of the Faculty of Business Administration.
