The Market and Public Sector in Developing Countries

In the aim of my bachelor's thesis was discovering extent of the public and the private sector in The Least Developed Countries. At first, I was dealing with clarification of basic concepts and with definition of signpots, which helped me to discover extend of sectors. On the base obtained information I came to the conclusion, that the private sector had larger extent than the public sector. This conclusion applied to all three countries, Ethiopia, Nepal and The Czech Republic.

The Principle of Multilevelmarketing and Direct Sale

The theoretical part discusses multilevel marketing, the basic principles and the differences between multilevel marketing and the direct selling. It focuses further on the pyramid schemes, analyses the differences between pyramid schemes and multilevel marketing and points out the reasons of illegality of pyramid schemes. The practical part focuses on Amway Corporation, its history and the legal process which it went through. Also, the principles of multilevel marketing in this company are analyzed, the product lines described and its Czech branch presented.

Analysis of Marketing Mix Tools of the Hotel U Města Vídně

The bachelor thesis analyses currently used components of the marketing mix of selected hotel. The thesis is primarily focused on the analysis of the communication mix. It also analyses the organization macro-surroundings and micro-surroundings and it tries to define the profile of typical guest of the hotel and his/her needs with regard to the marketing mix. On the basis of synthesis of ascertained information it suggests the conceivable recommendations.

Diplomová práce navrhuje marketingovou strategii Mezinárodního hudebního festivalu Český Krumlov a dále pak jednotlivá taktická opatření v oblasti marketingového mixu festivalu. Pro návrh strategie je využita analýza kulturně-společenských akcí v Českém Krumlově a analýza informací z předchozích ročníků festivalu. Práce dále poukazuje na širší socio-ekonomické dopady konání MHF ČK na podnikatelské subjekty ve městě a jeho okolí, analyzuje možnosti užší spolupráce mezi nimi a pořadatelem festivalu a definuje profil typického návštěvníka MHF ČK.
