The content of the work covers the assesment of the main load-bearing elements, dimensioning of selected joints, stability analysis of frame structures, column anchoring and drawing solutions in combination with an IFC format model.
Apartment building
Tomášek, Martin ; Osička, Jan (referee) ; Fuciman, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a partial basement apartment house with four floors. There is also a garage for cars and commercial space. The building is located in the cadastral area of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. On the ground floor there are spaces for commercial use and two housing units. On the second and third floor there are always three residential units, on the fourth floor there are two residential units with access to the terrace. In the basement there are cellar cubicles for individual housing units, spaces for technical equipment of the building and garage for users of the building. The object is of an irregular rectangular shape. The horizontal and vertical structures are made of the Heluz construction system. The roofing of the building is solved by means of single-skin flat roofs. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for building implementation.
Loudspeaker Box with Variable Crossover Frequency
Tomášek, Martin ; Balík, Miroslav (referee) ; Schimmel, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with middle-sized loudspeaker system in D´Appolito configuration. The aim of this thesis is to design and to realize the loudspeaker system, which includes selection of suitable loudspeakers and their position in designed baffle including design of variable crossover frequency. The text is divided into a few sections, where are the points of this project described. In the first half there are briefly described basic principles of loudspeakers and design loudspeaker systems, especially 2-way loudspeakers, and specific properties of D´Appolito configuration. Then there are described principles of frequency crossovers used in loudspeaker systems and what is expected for their construction. In the second half, there is described realization of baffle itself and variable frequency crossover. Because this thesis concurs to semestral thesis, there is also a chapter about simulation. In the end there are diagrammatized the measured data of frequency and dispersion characteristics and a few dispersion characteristics for different crossing frequences.
Neural Networks Classifier Design using Genetic Algorithm
Tomášek, Michal ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Mrázek, Vojtěch (advisor)
The aim of this work is the genetic design of neural networks, which are able to classify within various classification tasks. In order to create these neural networks, algorithm called NeuroEvolution of Augmenting Topologies (also known as NEAT) is used. Also the idea of preprocessing, which is included in implemented result, is proposed. The goal of preprocessing is to reduce the computational requirements for processing of benchmark datasets for classification accuracy. The result of this work is a set of experiments conducted over a data set for cancer cells detection and a database of handwritten digits MNIST. Classifiers generated for the cancer cells exhibits over 99 % accuracy and in experiment MNIST reduces computational requirements more than 10 % with bringing negligible error of size 0.17 %.
Intelligent Music Player for Android
Tomášek, Michal ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kalmár, Róbert (advisor)
Today's market is full of different kinds of music players. However there is no music player using prediction, which would be able to work with usual usage and in real time. This bachelor's thesis deals with the design and implementation of a music player with implemented prediction. The creation of high quality architecture for this application and the choice of appropriate prediction algorithm are emphasized. At first, the category of methods of machine learning and afterwards the algorithm are determined. The final prediction algorithm is divided into a several sections, therefore it is necessary to pick or create a solution for all its parts. The outcome of this project is the music player for Android OS which would be able to predict and learn from a user interaction in real time.
Electronic Mail Room of the BUT
Tomášek, Milan ; Křena, Bohuslav (referee) ; Marušinec, Jaromír (advisor)
The main purpose of this master's thesis is to create electronic mail room of The BUT. First of all I described problems concerning a digital signature, its use and safety, and as well as sphere of qualified certificates and method of their issuing by certification authority. The next part of the thesis deals with systems enabling electronic submission (so-called "Electronic Mail Room"). I have focused on available applications providing electronic submission service to civil offices, and subsequently analyzed functions that individual applications offer to the Mail Room clients as well as to authority staff. On the basis of gained knowledge and according CVIS requirements I created project of electronic submission for needs of the Brno University of Technology. Result of this thesis is the application of electronic mail room, implemented in BUT portal.
Construction of a sports hall in Nové Město na Moravě - construction technology project
Tomášek, Martin ; Valenta, Michal (referee) ; Biely, Boris (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological preparation of a sports hall in Nové Město na Moravě. The aim of the work is the most optimal design of the construction process. The work contains a technical report of construction technology project, coordination situation of construction with wider links of transport routes, calculation of construction according to THU, time and financial plan of construction, study of main technological stages of building, construction site project, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, building, time schedule of the main building, technological regulation, control and test plan, environmental and safety risks with a plan of their specific solutions for the cladding of skeleton Kingspan panels. Part of the work is also an alternative design of internal partitions.
Analysis of pressure distribution in the variant detector with three aperture by CAE system
Tomášek, Martin ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
This master`s thesis analyzes the pressure distribution on the premises of scintillation detector secondary electron in the variant with three aperture. The aim of this study is analyzing the fluid flow depending on the application of the third aperture in the entrance of the detector, thus creating more self-pumped chamber, which is responsible for ensuring a better distribution of pressure in the premises of the detector. The result of the analysis would be determining how to change parameters within the detector. If it is found that application of the third aperture has a positive effect on water flow in the premises of the detector, this arrangement may be used for improvement of the detector. Master`s thesis is divided into several chapters. First describes the basic principles of electron microscopy, including sample preparation, conditions for the proper functioning of microscopes and sharing different types of electron microscopes. The next chapters describe briefly the physical descriptions of gases flow in low pressures and small apertures, the mathematical models and simulation software used in this analysis. The analysis is done in SolidWorks with the module called Cosmos FloSimulation. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis, including graphical representations of simulation.
Virtual currency and european law.
Vaculín, Michal ; Tomášek, Michal (advisor) ; Vondráčková, Aneta (referee)
Virtual currency and EU law Abstract This thesis focuses on the very topical issue of virtual currencies and European Union law, highlighting their growing importance in the global context. The introduction provides a historical overview of the evolution of money, from primitive barter to modern decentralized finance (DeFi) and virtual currencies. This context allows for a deeper understanding of the role of cryptocurrencies as the latest stage in the evolution of financial systems and how these currencies are transforming traditional concepts of money and financial transactions. The second part of the thesis presents a detailed introduction to the issues of cryptocurrencies, including the technical categorization of digital assets, explanation of the terminology used, and a description of the individual characteristics of cryptocurrencies, including their advantages and risks. The work also addresses the technological foundation of cryptocurrencies, particularly the distributed ledger technology (DLT), cryptocurrency wallets, and the energy intensity of DLT. It introduces the most significant and well-known virtual currencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum as well as lesser-known altcoins. Special attention is given to the energy intensity of DLT, which is often a hotly debated topic in the context of...
