Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením nosných ocelových a dřevěných konstrukcí penzionu v Pasohlávkách za použití metody BIM zahrnující sdílení dat a spolupráci s ostatními profesemi. Součástí práce jsou dvě oddělené konstrukce: zimní zahrada navržená z oceli S235JR a konstrukce krovu, kde dochází ke kombinaci oceli S235JR a konstrukčního řeziva C24. Rozsah práce pokrývá posouzení hlavních nosných prvků, dimenzaci vybraných styčníků, stabilitní analýzu rámových konstrukcí, kotvení sloupů a výkresové řešení v kombinaci s modelem formátu IFC. The topic of this bechelor’s thesis is assesment of the load-bearing steel and wooden structures of a guest house in the town of Pasohlávky using the BIM method, which includes data sharing and collaboration with other professions. The thesis includes two separate structures: a winter garden designed from steel S235JR and a roof structure that combines steel S235JR and structural timber C24. The content of the work covers the assesment of the main load-bearing elements, dimensioning of selected joints, stability analysis of frame structures, column anchoring and drawing solutions in combination with an IFC format model.
