The influence of the social climate of the teaching staff on the work and motivation of kindergarten teachers.

This diploma thesis discusses the influence of the social climate of the teaching staff on the work performance and motivation of teachers in kindergartens. The theoretical part of the work is dedicated to the definition of teaching staff, the work duties they must perform and also their motivation. The role of kindergarten principals and their influence on the climate of the teaching staff and the motivation of pedagogues is also described. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the differences between the school climate, the classroom climate and the social climate of the teaching staff. The empirical part of the work presents the research results. The study focused on investigating the social climate of teaching staff in kindergartens and its influence on teacher's motivation and satisfaction. In this approach a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used to identify factors influencing the climate of the teaching staff and their influence on the work and motivation of teachers. On the basis of the obtained information the work presents some options that could help to build a positive climate for the teaching staff in kindergartens. Methods used by pedagogues in the kindergarten for facilitating children's adaptation process.

The paper examines the topic of the adaptation process of children starting at kindergarten. It generally focuses on methods and procedures used in adaptation processes that aim to facilitate children's adaptation. Theoretical findings relate to the adaptation process of preschool children. Qualitative research is then carried out. The theoretical part describes the developmental specifics of the preschool period. These are essential for understanding the behavior, experiences, and needs of preschool children. The role of the kindergarten institution and its influence on the child is mentioned, as well as the principle of adaptation itself. Adaptation is a significant change and stress, and for its successful progression (and the child's further life), the correct setting of the individual adaptation process is crucial. In this perspective, a large part is devoted not only to the role and experiences of a child but also to the influence of parents or lecturers in kindergarten. Teaching assistant in a pre-school facility and a child with developmental dysphasia

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the work of teaching assistants in different kindergarten classes where a child with developmental dysphasia is enrolled. The theoretical part of the thesis will focus on two main topics, namely the teaching assistant and developmental dysphasia. Developmental dysphasia is a speech disorder that kind of impaired communication skills. In the first part, the thesis will focus on the teaching assistant, his job description, forms of cooperation and communication with other teachers. The second part will describe the issue of impaired communication ability and closer specifications to developmental dysphasia. Types of developmental dysphasia and the child with developmental dysphasia in preschool age. The research is a case study of three teaching assistants in different kindergarten classes attended by children with developmental dysphasia. Stimulating social relationships among preschool children through drama education

In my bachelor's thesis I will focus on the topic of social relations between preschool children in the context of drama education. Specifically, I will be examining the peer circle for the play of a few selected children. I am interested in whether the inclusion of a few drama lessons with social themes in preschool, will have an impact on the children and their peer circle. Whether the circle will expand, children will interact more with each other or whether the foundations for friendships will be established through drama education. The theoretical part focuses on the psychological development of the preschool child, specifically in the area of early relationships, both peer relationships for play and the establishment of first friendships. Furthermore, this part focuses on an introduction to drama education and introduces some of its techniques and methods. In the practical part, five drama lessons with social themes are introduced, implemented and reflected upon in a kindergarten class. Before the lessons, a research method of interview is used, where the respondents are children who are asked about their relationships with other children. Methods and techniques of drama education as a tool for inclusion of pupils with a different mother tongue

The diploma thesis is named "Methods and Techniques of Drama Education as a Tool for Inclusion of Pupils with a Different Mother Tongue." In the theoretical part, the issues of pupils with a different mother tongue are specified. Subsequently, I generally discuss drama education as a method of teaching and furthermore its specific methods and techniques, which can be used for the inclusion of a pupil with a foreign mother language. In the practical part, I name the most common difficulties in the inclusion of a pupil with a foreign mother language in the educational process and define the utilization rate of drama education in eliminating the issues mentioned in the previous part. In the research, I used a quantitative analysis, a structured questionnaire method, and qualitative experiments through semi-structured interviews. The questionnaire was answered by 42 respondents (pedagogical employees).The results of the questionnaire analysis indicate that the greatest difficulties are language barriers, cultural differences, and unfamiliarity with the environment. A diploma thesis is concerned with research. The research is focused on compare of effectiveness and differences of two opposite techniques, which are using in school environment. Methods and techniques of drama in contrast of clasics method of frontal teaching. A primary aim of diploma thesis is finding out, if these particular methods has got influences for better or worst understanding and remembering subject metter and how big are these influences. The diploma thesis is devided on two parts. First is theoretics and second is practics part. Thoretics part is making efforts to sketch these problematics of technical viewpoint. It is woking mainly with specialized literature. Theoretics part is creating foundations for practics part. Practics part is asking about researches questions first and choosing exploratives methodes for research. Like researchs method is selecting of analysis of tests from children from both of classes.
