Evaluation of biologically active substances using HPLC IV.
Seidlová, Martina ; Pilařová, Pavla (advisor) ; Nobilis, Milan (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Kontrol Name of Degrese Paper: Evaluating of biologically active substances by HPLC IV. Candidate: Martina Seidlová Tutor: PharmDr. Pavla Pilařová, Ph.D. In this diploma work the study of dilation behaviour of medications was provided under extreme conditions for a column being able to measure pH ranged 1-12 on column Kinetex EVO C18 (150 x 3 mm). For higher pH the following medications were studied: quetiapine, and its two metabolites - norquetiapine and 7-hydroxyquetiapine, bromhexine, codeine, zolpidem and its admixture, fluoxetine and aciclovir. The best results were reached with quetiapine with its metabolites, therefore they were chosen for the following tests and possibility of separation from plasma. As a mobile phase an acidic buffer was used at pH10 using ratio 70:30 to organic phase which was made of acetonitrile and methanol (55:5). For lower pH the following medications were studied: salicylic acid, acetylsalicylic acid, aciclovir, bromhexine and fluoxetine. The best results were reached with salicylic acid and acetylsalicylic acid, therefore they were chosen for the following testing and the possibility of separation in the medicament. As a mobile phase a phosphate buffer...
Remediation of a Family with a Child with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Seidlová, Martina ; Krahulcová, Beáta (advisor) ; Nová, Monika (referee)
This master's thesis discusses the topic of family with a child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and the support which this family may receive in the Czech Republic. In this context, functions and current functioning of family are described. Furthermore, the text brings information on the causes, manifestations and classification of ASD as well as on various autism spectrum disorders. Reactions of the family to the revelation about child's diagnosis are introduced together with the subsequent problems that the family faces. It also presents support options which families with an ASD-affected child may take advantage of. The following methods are used for the research: questionnaire construction, study of literature and unstructured interviews. The aim of this paper is to create a description of a family with an ASD-affected child and determine whether these families receive the necessary support and whether services provided for them are truly available to them.

Considering that there are many of geographical textbooks, only textbooks designated for different types of high schools of publishers NČCGS, SPN, Fortuna and Fragment are evaluated.
The topic of recultivation and spontaneous succession with usage in education
Seidlová, Martina ; Skýbová, Jana (advisor) ; Hanel, Lubomír (referee)
The presented bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is the introduction to the issue of classic recultivations and spontaneous succession in the Czech Republic. It deals with both herbs as well as suitable and unsuitable woody species used during recultivation. There are examples of places which have been recultivated or were by accident or luck left to nature. Endangered and rare species of fauna and flora which can be found at this type of disturbed places are also mentioned with regards to specific types of recultivations. To get a better idea of recultivations and succession some chapters are accompanied by picture documentation. Two terrain excursions for elementary school pupils are suggested in the practical part. These excursions should, accompanied by a suiting explanation, help understand the issue of the presented topic. Activities such as word-finder games, a short test and a creative part are presented to the pupils for better consolidation of knowledge. KEYWORDS recultivation, spontaneous succession, types of recultivations, herbs and woody species, Czech Republic
