This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing mix of BioGinGo, s.r.o. corporation. The first part of this thesis aims on explaining theoretical concepts and knowledge, which are subsequently used in practical part of bachelor thesis. There were used chosen situation analysis in order to assess condition of corporation. Thanks to this analysis are detected weak places of this corporation and recommended possible solutions with proper tools. Those recommendation should be able to improve condition and general view of corporation.

Retrospective view of deliberate self-harm in adolescence

Bachelor thesis is focused on deliberate self-harm, its motives and emotional experiences associated with self-harm in individuals, who had personal experience with this type of behavior during adolescence. The aim of the thesis is to bring inside of this issue and map the main motives and emotions associated with deliberate self-harm. The motivation to deliberate self-harm, emotions associated with this type of behavior, with a retrospective view of adult people, is monitored by qualitative methods. The current view of these people on their past self-harm, as well as current strategies cof coping with difficult situations are also examined.

Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic Introduction: The six-month traineeship at a pharmacy is an obligatory course for the final year students who have been studying Pharmacy at FAF UK in Hradec Kralove. The purpose of this course is to fix the theory and let the students transform their knowledge into practical skills while preparing them to work at a pharmacy. Aim of the thesis: The evaluation of the questionnaire survey from two academical years. The summary and comparison of the opinion of final year students at FAF UK on their six-month traineeship, the pharmacy where they had been completing their practice and assessing the feasibility of the students' change proposals. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of the six- month traineeship at a pharmacy mainly in the term of legislation and current requirements. Methodology: A questionnaire survey which was created at the Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy at the Charles University in 2007 took place to collect the data. The Strategic Development of the Company VKS Pohledští Dvořái a.s.

Presented diploma thesis deals with the strategic development of the company VKS Pohledští Dvořáci a.s. The thesis contains a list of current activities of the company and suggests opportunities for further development. To reach this objective various internal and external analysis are used, namely PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, the Value chain and SWOT analysis. To explore the possibilities for future development of the company, two growth strategies are applied -- Porter's Generic Strategies and Ansoff Growth Matrix. There was a survey done which purpose was to monitor customer satisfaction with the products and services provided by the company and to suggest improvements in the company marketing. The conclusion summarizes the most important findings and proposes recommendations on the future expansion of the company.
