Possibilities of Injection System Modernizing in Zetor Tractors
Starý, Radek ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with injection systems used on tractor’s combustion engines. Thesis contains a summary of various kinds of injection systems, principle of function and describes the differences among various injection systems. In the second part is an overview of the most important tractor’s manufacturers sailed on the Czech market and the description of the technology solution used on the engines. In the end is the summary of possible solutions of injection systems and the following improvement for the future.
Rocket Engine Design
Cejpek, Jakub ; Konečný,, Pavel (referee) ; Třetina, Karel (advisor)
The objective of this study is to design a solid rocket fuel engine with sufficient power to propel 500 grams to 1500 meters of altitude. Furthermore to draft a design of a rocket that will utilize this category of solid rocket fuel engine. This study will begin with a theoretical exploration of the means to formulate the correct propellant closest to the theoretical solid rocket fuel formula. This section of the exploration will exclude the construction materials, technology, and the propellant availability. After the theoretical exploration the calculations will continue, respecting the availability of construction materials, technology, and the propellant; to investigate the means to formulate the correct propellant closest to the theoretical formula. Then, according to the new propellant formulation, re-design the engine.
Vibration diagnostics of bearings
Navrátil, Pavel ; Mazal, Pavel (referee) ; Klapka, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis introduces the basic principles of vibrodiagnostic methods and their importance for individual fase of bearing’s damage. The selected methods studied are: acoustic emission, SPM (shock pulse method), SEE (spectral emission energy), envelope method, High frequency emission, Crest factor, Kurtosis factor and special method for slow-motion machines Adash Compressed Time.
Hydrogen Combustion in Reciprocatin Piston Engines
Forbelský, Antonín ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
In the thesis I focused on the summary of the facts available concerning hydrogen combustion engines. The work gives a brief history of hydrogen engines. The main part consists of a description of the specifics of the conversion of conventional internal combustion engine into hydrogen engine, and a brief overview of vehicles powered by hydrogen internal combustion engine. In conclusion, the work includes consideration of the future of this technology.
Statistical processing of data of solar radiation in place BUT FME Brno
Nečasová, Klára ; Jaroš, Michal (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the measurement of solar radiation. The aim of this work is to determine the usefulness of solar energy and solar radiation compared to the oblique and horizontal surface. You are given basic information about solar radiation, the Solar, collectors and sensors. Further work includes measurements and calculations of solar radiation in the course of one year and at the end of the evaluation of measurement results.
Tank Combustion Engines from History to Present
Arnošt, David ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This work shows summary of engines used in the best known tanks since the beginning of their producing until today. The first part deals with sorts of fuels which are used, theirs differences and specificts in comparison with current engine. After it, my work occupies by decription of development and producing of tank engines in single states. In the last part there is description of the tank T-72 which is in the equipment of AČR.
Common Rail System in Passenger Cars
Šiška, Adam ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on the Common Rail system. On the whole this work shows that the Common Rail system is one of the top system in the automobile industry. It is thus clear that the system conforms to all current requirements, which must be taken into account when designing the car. Therefore, this bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the description of this system. When closer examination of this issue, I also concluded that the combined injection units as such are able to cope with the Common Rail system.
