Preference and Popularity of Combative Activities among Primary School Pupils in Bohemia and Moravia

The thesis deals with the preferences and popularity of individual combative activities of pupils of the second level in selected primary schools in Bohemia and Moravia, the choice of which was determined in relation to the cities' population. It is based on a diploma thesis entitled Preference and Popularity of Combative Activities among Primary School Pupils in the Selected Region. The thesis brings basic information about the developmental specifics of the given age category. In the theoretical part, the reader learns about the knowledge of combative systems. The work also highlights the importance of regular sports in children' lives and in this respect, it points out combative activities as a key element in the development of an active lifestyle. The practical part focuses on an active sports involvement of children in individual combative activities and their interest in them not only in physical education lessons but also beyond them. Moreover, it compares the differences of these preferences among pupils of the second grade across the selected elementary schools in Bohemia and Moravia. President of the Russian Federation: legal status and factual role Abstract The dissertation primarily deals in five sections with a question why the President of the Russian Federation is such a powerful government body and how the Russian legal regulation participates in the factual powerful role of Russian president. The first section deals with the perspective of The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, in other words it shows which fundamental issues about the president were decided by the court, what the solutions were and what the argumentation was. Individual constitutional court decisions are carefully chosen to point out the general tendency and the quality of the court argumentation. The second section is focused on the issues of the legal institute of the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the President of the Russian Federation . Its current legal and factual form is determined by the effort of the President to centralize the federation and reinforce the vertical principle of exercising the state power. A critical analysis of Plenipotentiary Representatives and their supportive apparatus, which should give a clue about the way of how the presidential power is put into effect in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Low-carbohydrate diets and their effect on body composition and sports performance

The effect of low-carbohydrate diets on physical fitness is still controversial. The goal of low-carbohydrate diets is to minimize the effects on sports performance by restricting carbohydrates, while optimizing body composition by reducing subcutaneous fat while maintaining maximum muscle mass. The aim of this work is to search the current literature and scientific studies, and to determine the effect of low-carbohydrate and therefore ketogenic diets on body composition and sports performance of various types. Partial tasks are then to define the circumstances that are related to the main goal, or are derived from it, i.e. individual motor skills, including their development and circumstances leading to the influence of sports performance, as well as the area of the individual's body composition and the obvious circumstances of food intake. An essential part is the most up-to-date reference and covering the main differences of low- carb diets in their entirety. The results are mixed, however, in endurance athletes, the body adapts to a fat-rich diet after about a week, and in general, oxidation of fats provides enough energy in the form of intramuscular triacylglycerols or free fatty acids in plasma. Development of syntax in written Czech at the pupils of lower secondary education

This dissertation thesis focuses on the topic of the development of syntax of written Czech at the pupils of lower secondary education on the material of written compositions of story-telling. The thesis characterises the form of current syntax of written Czech and its development depending on the age of pupils. The analysis is bases on two collections of texts - the texts in the first collection were produced by 6th to 9th primary school grade pupils based in a town near Prague, the second collection was produced by 6th to 9th primary school grade pupils in Prague. These data were then supplemented with corpus material. In total, there were 302 compositions analysed. Moreover, to depict the reality in its complexity, also curricular and educational materials were being analysed as well as lesson observations and structured interviews conducted with teachers. The comparison between the particular constituents of written syntax enables the conclusions to be drawn being based on the analysed material giving evidence on the current state and development of written syntax with pupils of 6th to 9th grade of primary school, as well as possible disparities of development of particular syntax constituents to be identified and some recommendations for teaching methodology to be conveyed.

Values in adolescents with behavioral disorders

This rigorous thesis' topic is the hierarchy of values in adolescents with behavioral disorders. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, containing four chapters, and a research part comprising two chapters. The first chapter of the theoretical part explains the origins of special education, its development and benefits, its historical stages, as well as behavioral disorders in general. The second chapter focuses on behavioral disorders in childhood and adolescence, their classification, causes, diagnostic criteria, prevention and remedies. The third chapter discusses values and value orientation, their classification, organisation and division. It also includes attitudes, persuasion and preferences of values in adolescents. The last chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to personality and its components, the developmental periods of pubescence and adolescence, and the importance of family for growing children. The empirical, or research, part's purpose is to uncover which values are held by adolescents with behavioral disorders. Based on that, partial goals were set to discover possible differences in value hierarchy in adolescents with and without behavioral disorders, further based on their age and gender. Motivational Factors Influencing the Education of Seniors

This rigorous thesis is entitled: Motivational Factors Influencing the Education of Seniors. The main goal of the rigorous thesis is to present the theoretical basis in the field of old age in the context of the senior age timeline with an emphasis on the senior education, didactic aspects and gerontagogy. The work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part defines the issue of old age from a multidisciplinary perspective. Furthermore, there is a section on lifelong learning (education) dealing with the education of seniors, followed by a section devoted to didactic aspects of senior education. The conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on the specifics occurring in the education of seniors. The empirical part of this work is based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative methodology. A questionnaire survey was used as a tool for data collection. The aim of the empirical research of this rigorous work is to identify the factors influencing the education of seniors in the city of Jihlava and to formulate conclusions and recommendations for the monitored area of senior education. Development of on-line SPE HPLC method for determination of ochratoxin A in Tokaj wines

RNDr. Dalibor Šatinský, Ph.D. Title of Diploma Thesis: Development of on-line SPE HPLC method for determination of ochratoxin A in Tokaj wines This diploma thesis deals with the optimization and validation of chromatographic method for determination of ochratoxin A in Tokaj wine with subsequent application on real samples. A high- performance liquid chromatography method with fluorescence detection using on-line extraction by column switching has been developed. 50µl of sample was injected directly in the extraction column, where at 1st minute the analyte was extracted on the Ascentis® Express RP-Amide precolumn in the presence of a mobile phase of 40% MeOH in 0.5% aqueous acetic acid. After the extraction, the valve was switched and the extracted substances were separated on a YMC Triart C18 ExRS analytical column. The separation was carried out under gradient elution with an initial acetonitrile ratio of 45% in the mobile phase, which reached a concentration of 80% in the 5th minute. Zuzana Hadysová Supervisor: PharmDr. Petr Chocholouš, Ph.D. Title of the diploma thesis: On-line solid phase extraction using sequential injection analysis This diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of three sorbents (Iontosorb OXIN 50, Iontosorb Oxin 100 and TOYOpearl AF-chelate-650M) with the aim to find the most suitable one for analysis of Zn2+ using on-line solid phase extraction based on sequential injection analysis. Zinc sulphate solutions at concentrations of 25 nmol/l, 50 nmol/l, 100 nmol/l, 200 nmol/l, 500 nmol/l, 1000 nmol/l, 1500 nmol/l and 2000 nmol/l were used in this work. During the analysis was used the buffer at pH 6, the elution solution HCl at pH 1 and the reagent 4-(2-Pyridylazo)resorcinol (PAR). The effort was to extract Zn2+ at the lowest possible concentrations. Tested parameters were calibration range and repeatability. The best sorbent in comparison was Iontosorb OXIN 100.

RNDr. Dalibor Šatínský, Ph.D. Title of the diploma thesis: Development of HPLC method for determination of selected phenolic acids and flavonoids in Tokaj wines The aim of this diploma thesis was to develop and optimize HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 15 phenolic compounds, protocatechic acid, fertaric, coffee, p-hydroxybenzoic, syringic, gallic, p-coumaric, ferulic, chlorogenic, caftaric, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic , polydatin, resveratrol, catechin hydrate and epicatechin in Tokaj wines. The quantity and content of selected phenolic compounds was analyzed in 25 samples of Tokaj wines, which come from vineyards from the Slovak part of Tokaj wine region. The work was also focused on the description of the specific characteristics of this unique area, the unique method of Tokaj wine production, its chemical composition, and namely the spectrum of phenolic substances. Analysis of selected phenolic compounds was performed using an Ascentis® Express F5 column (150 x 4.6 mm; 5 µm) using a mobile phase consisting of 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile in gradient elution. The rigorous work of the profession of teaching assistant at primary school in its own perspective, is based on the diploma thesis, where the profession of teaching assistant was of interest. She discussed pedagogical assistants in terms of motivation, which led the actors to perform the profession, in terms of demands on this profession, cooperation with teachers, students and their parents. The work also examined the position / role of teaching assistants in the school and looks at the self-perception of the actors themselves. Rigorous work is largely built on this basis. The work is divided into two parts, ie the theoretical part and the practical part.
