Possibilities of Applying for Graduates in the Field of Social Work in the Labor Market in a Given Region

This bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of applying for graduates in the field of social work in the labor market in the Beroun region. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out possibilities of applying for graduates in the field of social work in the Beroun region. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part has four chapters, which further consist from subchapters. The theoretical part is focused on defining basic terms such as social work and social worker, social services and types and forms of their provide. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the labor market in general and the labor market in the Beroun region, where the region and available social services are specified in more detail. The practical part is processed using the qualitative research strategy, interviewing method and semi-structured interview technique. The main goal of the interview was to find out opportunities for social workers employment in the Beroun region. The interviews were conducted with six representatives of organizations providing social services in the Beroun region and also with the Labor Office employee. The questions that were asked to the respondents were chosen to evaluate the research questions. The results of this thesis can serve as a source of information about possibilities of applying for graduates in the field od social work in the Beroun region. The obtained data can be used in articles about employment as a social worker, or to present the school that offers social work specialization. The research revealed that possibilities for social workers employment in the Beroun region are sufficient, because there are many organizations that provide social servises.

Social Pedagogue in Centre of Educative Care

Bachelor's thesis deals with the professional application of a social educator in an educational care centre. The aim of the work is to find out how the members of the centre's multidisciplinary team perceive the profession of social educator. Another aim is to find out how the staff of the multidisciplinary team views the possibility of involving a social educator in the centre of educational care. The theoretical section deals with social pedagogy, possibilities of studying this field. It is also focused on a social educator, his competences and possibilities of his application. The next chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the educational care center itself and its multidisciplinary team. The practical part of the work is then devoted to research investigation. The methodology of the research, the research package and the reason for its selection are described here. The following chapters describe the progress of the research and the results and evaluation of the responses of each communication partner.

Readiness of secondary medical school students for their future profession

This bachelor thesis deals with the education of secondary medical staff at secondary medical schools. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Both parts are designed to give the reader sufficient insight into how young health professionals are educated. The theoretical part elaborates the basic concepts and legislative requirements related to this issue. There is described theoretical as well as practical way of education. As it is a vocational education, in addition to subjects providing basic civic education, the main subjects that pupils have to deal with are listed and listed. Subsequently, there is also described practical teaching. The practical part consists of qualitative research. And with the help of semi-structured interviews. These interviews were created with the participation of medical professionals with many years of experience in nursing. This method has allowed me to explore this issue in more depth.

ACHIEVEMENT IN JOB MARKET OF THE GRADUATES OF ZF JU

The objective of my work has been to find out the achievements in the job market of the graduates at the Agricultural Faculty of South Bohemia University in České Budějovice who graduated in the years 2001 and 2002. This whole research has been drawn up to be able to find out how these young people evaluate their study at this faculty, especially their transition from school to the business world. They also evaluated whether the brach they had studied provided them with enough qualification to be successful in the job market.

Employment of former fighters on the labor market

Title: Employment of former fighters on the labor market Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to research the employment of former professional fighters instance disciplines onthe labor market and to create recommendations for their employment on the labor market after the end of their sports career. Methods: Primary data collection was needed to fulfill the main objective of the thesis. The research used a quantitative method, specifically a questionnaire survey. An electronic questionnaire, which was distributed among former professional fighters, then provided the obtained data necessary for the subsequent interpretation of the results. In addition, the obtainedresults were enrichedwith a qualitative method,inthe framework of which structured interviews were also conducted with former professional fighters. Results: Employees from the ranks of former fighters are a specific group of employees who often enter the labor market with insufficient experience. The obtained results show that ex-wrestlers are competitive on the labor market compared to other employees due to the distinctive and specific personality traits and competencies acquired within the sports career. Assertion in Volleyball Specializations Depending on the Individual Somatic Type on the Regional Level

SUMMARY: This paper seeks to examine the assertion of the volleyball players with different somatic type in particular volleyball specializations. To determine the somatic type of individual players, necessary anthropometric measurements have been done being important for its elaboration. Further the percentage players' fruitfulness in particular game activities was determined. For this purpose four regional volleyball matches were recorded and processed in detail. Professional literature dealing with the volleyball topics and somatic types was used as the source of information. The result of the elaborate will help to the volleyball teachers and coaches to group the players, according to their somatic type, into the specialization with the best possibility of their assertion. In addition the training can be accommodated to the somatic type and enable to increase the playing performance of the player.

This bachelor thesis focuses on university graduates in the Czech Republic, one of the most risky groups in labour market and satisfaction with their application in the labour market. There is description of basic terms in the theoretical part of the thesis. After that, in the practical part of the thesis, there is a quantitative research in form of questionnaire to identify factors that affect graduates during their transition to the labour market and then establish recommendations for their more fluent transition and thereby increase their satisfaction with application in the labour market.
