Environment, time and artistic creation of talented pupils

The diploma focuses primarily on the issue of creativity development and self-realization for talented students in art education classes. It also monitors the quality of creative work depending on the environment, time allocation and situation. The students are presented with ideas for creation, which they can complete and change according to their imagination, feelings and skills. I focus on the aspect of constant internal motivation depending on the appropriate creative environment and the possibility of applying an individual solution and I also examine the importance of the time factor that the student has for his work determined by the schedule. Using a qualitative case study, I am also looking for an answer to what time allocation is sufficient for the student. The research shows that a suitable environment for the creation of talented female students is that with plenty of freedom and space for emancipation is provided, in which they can express themselves and which is stimulating for them. They look for enough motivation to be creative and a calm, welcoming environment. On the contrary, an environment with trivial tasks, too much pressure, an insufficiently educated teacher and a lack of incentives and support is unsuitable for them. The aim of the research was to find out what and how has been talented pupil formed in terms of development and to suggest further recommendations based on the results of the research. The theoretical part of the thesis examines talent in general, explains the concept of talent, describes approaches to talent in time and focus on models and types of talent. Intellectual talent, especially natural science, is described in more detail as well. Furthermore, theoretical part focuses on the talented pupil, its characteristics, identification and diagnostics. In addition, it characterizes a specific group of talented pupils, namely talented pupils with learning disabilities. The theoretical chapter also investigates education of talented pupils. Level of motor skills in young school-age basketball players

The aim of the thesis is to ascertain the level of motor skills of basketball players of younger school age. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarises knowledge obtained from scientific literature, defines fundamental terms related to the issue and clarifies the links between them. The theoretical part includes a definition of the UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 testing method, which appears to be the most suitable form of testing pupils aged 8 to 10 on the basis of scientific literature. The practical part focuses on the actual testing of pupils. The aim of the thesis is to compare the results of pupils obtained in the Prague Sokol Organization who do sports actively also outside of school with those of pupils who only do sports as part of their compulsory education and just have the number of PE lessons the law stipulates for primary education. By comparing the obtained results, it will be possible to determine whether pupils who do sports only at school can reach the results of pupils in the Prague Sokol Organization. On the basis of this finding we may assume which pupils are talented and can be worked with further so as to allow their potential talent to develop.
