This bachelor’s thesis is focused on communication mix. In first part are mentioned theoretic knowledges that are needful for understanding of the dilema. In second part are these knowledges applied on concrete company and then is made an analysis of the communication mix of the company. In conjunction with the findings is evaluated the suitability of using individual marketing mix instruments and there are advised changes that would lead to more effective results of the marketing communications.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is to design a communication strategy of Sports games of Czech Canada. The theoretical part deals with defining the marketing of services theory, marketing communication including tools of communication mix, STP processes and a strategy. The practical part describes Sports Games of Czech Canada together with the initial situation of marketing communication and proposes a new improved communication strategy based on the results of a questionnaire.

The aim of this work is to design and validate appropriate methods for promoting the company ACP Traductera s.r.o. among relevant focus groups, the sources of potential quality employees on the labour market. The focus group in question consists of the students of chosen high schools in Jindřichův Hradec and its neighbourhood.

Práce charakterizuje činnost konkrétní firmy působící na domácím trhu v oblasti dovozu a distribuce potravin. Měnící se podmínky trhu vyžadují přizpůsobení se těmto změnám, kdy prvním krokem k úspěchu je pečlivá analýza současného stavu. Rozbor vnějšího okolí firmy, zejména prostřednictvím PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu konkurenčních sil a BCG matice, a vnitřního prostředí pomocí stručné marketingové analýzy a finanční analýzy, je základním prvkem pro tvorbu SWOT analýzy, jako výstupu analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Návrh optimální strategie firmy na základě výsledků SWOT analýzy s cílem přizpůsobení se daným podmínkám trhu.
