Hlous, Vojtěch ; Jandová, Tereza (advisor) ; Kinkorová, Ivana (referee)
Title: Nutrition awareness of U19 football players Objectives: The primary aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the knowledge of individual players in the field of rational diet and then to evaluate these results obtained by means of an online survey. A secondary aim of the study was to gain insight into the extent to which individual players are interested in the use of a rational diet during their sporting career. Methods: In the practical part of the bachelor thesis a quantitative research strategy in the form of a survey was used. The questionnaire survey was used to collect data about the probands and their eating habits and awareness on the issue of rational diet. The results were evaluated and the results were shared with the representatives of the clubs where the survey was conducted. For ethical reasons, only adults or probands over 18 years of age were approached for the survey, as there was no use of invasive methodologies and the questions were not personal in any way, were anonymous only, and no approval was sought from the UK FTVS Ethics Committee. Results: The questionnaire survey showed that football players are quite informed about the topic of rational dietary principles, but their knowledge of this topic is not at a level where they can navigate it completely...

The submitted bachelor thesis is titled "Fitness Training for Junior Tennis Players." The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to create a fitness program based on the study of professional literature and previous experiences from qualified courses and studies at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (FTVS). The fitness program was developed for a group of three boys and three girls, and its effectiveness was verified through pre-test and post-test measurements. Within this bachelor thesis, a qualitative method was utilized - testing according to the testing batteries of the Czech Tennis Association (ČTS) and the International Tennis Federation (ITF). The results were compared with the standards of the Czech Tennis Association and the German Tennis Association. It was found that the training program we created was effective in 9 out of 10 tests. One unsuccessful test concerned endurance and was created by the International Tennis Federation. Improvement in endurance test according to the Czech Tennis Association occurred in all children of the tested group. The program thus brought improvement in dynamic strength, speed abilities, coordination, flexibility, and endurance capabilities by 50%. In comparison with the standards of the Czech Tennis Association, it was found that some children...

Takácsová, Markéta ; Vostatková, Pavlína (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: Assessment of training and performance development of the athlete Objectives: The aim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the performance development of a sprinter who switched to athletics from another sport at the age of 17. The work focuses on the analysis of sports preparation, the evaluation of performance development in the athletic disciplines of 60 m and 100 m and the identification of key factors influencing his sports success. Methods: The study used the method of content analysis of training diaries from the YTC, in which the assessed sprinter achieved a personal best in the 100 m run. This is YTC 2012/2013. The previous YTC 2011/2012 was also evaluated as part of the analysis. General training indicators and special training indicators for sprints in athletics were obtained from the training diaries and subsequently evaluated. These training indicators were compared with the recommended values for the male category according to Kampmiller et al. (2002) and the values found in other athletes in individual studies. Results: The analysis of the training diaries showed that the monitored sprinter P. B. exceeded the recommended values for the volume of strengthening with loads and several times also for rebounding exercises. As part of the comparison with other studies, the...
Application for Modern Sports Training Utilising the Sensory Data and Positional System

Topic: The effect of a specific intervention program with focus to improve the work of the non-dominant limb in young soccer players Goals: The goal of the thesis is to verify a specific intervention program aimed atm improving the individual's selected gaming activities and the work of the non- dominant limb. Methods: The movement program took place in the period 2. 3. 2023 until 6. 4. 2023. The studied group consisted of 23 probands in the age range of 10-11 years. The test battery was measured with a manual stopwatch. Results: The intervention program had a positive impact on the individual. For the vast majority of probands, there was an improvement in game activities during selected exercises. In 95 % of the probands, there was an average improvement in work with the non-dominant limb by 1.57 seconds. Thanks to this program, not only did the observed values decrease, but it also helped to improve the perception of the importance of working on the non-dominant limb. Influence of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Approach on Maximum Kayak Paddling Power
Davídek, Pavel ; Kobesová, Alena (advisor) ; Kolář, Pavel (referee) ; Matoulek, Martin (referee)
INTRODUCTION: The aim of this thesis is to identify the effect of trunk stabilization training based on Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) on maximum kayak ergometer power output and reported self-disability in the shoulder girdle area. METHOD: Thirty flatwater kayakers of both genders (17 - 25 years old) were randomly divided into two groups. Crossover design was used for this study. Subjects in the experimental group (group A) integrated DNS exercises into standard flatwater training during the first phase. The control group (group B) conducted only common flat water training at the same time. After 6 weeks, the groups were switched. Then group B underwent the same DNS exercise with the same intensity and the same time. The intervention was the same for both phases and took 6 weeks. Group A performed only standard off-season training during the second phase. The maximum power output on kayak ergometer was measured three times (before study, after 6 weeks and after 12 weeks). Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) were analyzed at the same time. RESULTS: Initially, no significant differences in maximum power output on kayak ergometer and the DASH questionnaire score were identified between the groups. During the first phase the experimental group (group A) improved the maximum...
