Sport Clubs Funding

The bachelor thesis deals with the financing of sports clubs and sports organisations in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part the concept of sport is explained. The concept of association is explained. The conditions for its establishment and dissolution are mentioned. Sports regulations and rules are mentioned. Furthermore, the sports organisations that take care of the running of sports clubs are mentioned. Athletics as a sport is characterized, which is then divided according to disciplines, content and focus and environment. In the practical part of the thesis, the selected sports club is first characterized from its history to its present. Next, the income groups are mentioned, which are then analysed in a vertical and horizontal analysis. The expenditure of the club is also illustrated and the performance of the club in the years under study is also compared. In the last section, the results are evaluated. Finally, the non-profit organization was recommended additional funding options that would lead to an improvement in the financial situation of the troop.
Bullying and Cyberbullying Among Secondary School Children in the Sport Clubs

The bachelor thesis addresses the Bullying and Cyberbullying Among Secondary School Children in the Sport Clubs. The theoretical part defines risky behaviour of children and teenagers, in particular bullying and cyberbullying. It also contains characterization of the psychological and physical development of the child, organizations focused on the physical and sporting activities of children and last, but not least sports clubs of modern gymnastics. To prepare research part of bachelor thesis a qualitative type of research was used. Qualitative research was conducted by a method of interviewing, a technique of semi-structed interviewing. The research group consisted of coaches working with Secondary School Children in modern gymnastics clubs within the South Bohemian Region, which are part of the Czech Union of Modern Gymnastics. Based on the results, it was found that coaches rather know how to handle investigations of bullying and cyberbullying. Furthermore, it was found that the coaches were not given a methodological plan on how to proceed properly. If coaches were offered participation in the prevention programme, most of them would participate. The results of this bachelor thesis can provide an interesting basis for wider research into bullying and cyberbullying in sports clubs. Furthermore, it can be an inspiration for coaches or for a methodological material, for the development of a preventive programme for children's sports clubs. Finally, it can be an interesting incentive for parents of children who attend such clubs.
Objective barriers and initiation of adults'recreational sport -case of Hradec Králové city

Title: Objective barriers and initiation of adults' recreational sport -case of Hradec Králové city Objectives: The aim of the work is to find out the possibilities and offer in matter of sport activities and recreational sport activities of the adult population. The emphasis is on organised activities and their forms on the example city of Hradec Kralove. Also the aim is to find out the interest of the population in Hradec Kralove in both spontaneous and organised sport activities. Furthermore, another goal is to reveal the satisfaction of the target group in the offer of sports and at the same time to define possible obstacles that are mostly the reason for the adult population not to do sports at their free time. Methods: The research combines both quantitative and qualitative methods. In order to reveal the offer in sports activities an analysis was made. Sources of this analysis were mostly the accessible documents and the web sites of the organisations, in some cases also telephone questionnaire. In the second part of the research, which is focused on the interest of the population, an online survey was used. Sport and social capital: formation of social capital among recreational and competitive athletes

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the problem of the formation of social capital within a sport club. It examines the differences in the patterns in creation and manifestation of individual social capital among the group of recreational and competitive rowers. The main aim of this work is to observe whether social capital is formed in this environment and what are the possible differences in the approach of the two groups. The qualitative methods used for this reasearch came to a conclusion that the sport club is a place which may support the formationof social capital. There were also some distinctions found between the two groups. The main reason for these differences is possibly the different approach to sport as a collective or recreational activity. Competitive rowers percieve the sport as a collective activity, therefore there may be more permanent and strong connections are created among them. Social capital formed in the sport club may have an importat role in the life of competitive rowers. Social capital created in this way doesn't probably have the same significance for recreational rowers. They approach the sport on an individual level and the connections within the club are not very important for them. Organization of Sports Activities in selected Foreign Universities

The aim of the thesis is to identify and compare the organization of sports activities of academic clubs at selected universities. The goal of the thesis is to find out how students perceive the importance of university sports and how is the historical development of university sports reflected in its current form. The objective is fulfilled via qualitative research method enabled by explorative nature of research. The individual data from various sources collected by method of questioning, interviewing and study of documents were concentrated and subsequently evaluated. The thesis concludes that the organization of academic sports clubs is different in several examined criteria. Another conclusion is that students have positive attitude towards sport at universities and perceive it as an importance for them and for every university. The organization of academic sports clubs is bonded to traditions acquired through the historical development, but the importance is not as significant as in the past.

The aim was primarily to determine the impact of the separation of ZVVZ USK Praha from the main unit SK Folimanka.
Economic analysis of FK Teplice

This bachelor thesis presents and describes the economic situation of a professional sports club FK Teplice, a.s. Theoretical part of work deals with basic concepts of sports economics, the fundamental importance of economic and financial analysis, sources of information, methods and techniques used in the process of analysis. The practical part then uses these findings to calculation of selected indicators for the last 5 years. The final part compares the findings of the practical part with the football clubs of 1. Czech football league and with foreign clubs.
Economy of the football club FC Viktoria Plzeň

The aim of this work is to confront economy of football club FC Viktoria Plzeň with new regulations of the Union of European Football Associations - UEFA. It is based on new legislative document - Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play. The first part analyzes personnel, administrative, legislative and financial criteria according to this document. The practical part then confronts regulations with the real situation of the club. Club's profile consists of financial analysis, which is based on club's accounting reports, and records the development of financial indicators. There is also included comparison of various indicators with GDP of the Czech Republic. Next part consists of an analysis of club's sporting results and SWOT analysis, characterizing the current situation of the club. The final section summarizes fulfillment of the UEFA objectives. Last chapter suggests the future financial plan in case the club will qualify for the main group stage of the Champions League competition in the upcoming season.
Economic analysis of football club SK Dynamo České Budějovice a.s.

The economic situation of football club SK Dynamo České Budějovice a.s. is the main objective of this Bachelor Thesis. To be more accurate, it particularly is the application of methods and tools of financial analysis together with analysis of revenue and costs of the football club. When implementing previous methods and tools of economic analysis, we will be able to assess the economic health of the club. This analysis is primarily focused on horizontal and vertical analysis of assets and liabilities. It also focuses on ratio indicators. Following section of the Thesis deals with demand for the product of the football club. Basically speaking, it is primarily an analysis of attendance at the club in a five-year period begging with year 2005. The main concern than is, if the particular day of the match or success of the team influences the attendance of match.
Information Systems for Sports Clubs

The goal of this work is to acquaint with the current situation of information system for sportclubs. To get a comprehensive overview of their species, the suitability of some of them just for these organizations. Specific target group is university sports clubs. This work shows for their needs with regard to the size of the club and its activities, obtained through the survey. The practical part is presented in detail, information system made-to-measure USK FM Jindrichuv Hradec and is compared with offerings of software companies in its development.
