Marketing Strategy of the Selected Company

The aim of the master 's thesis is to develop a marketing strategy for a selected company. The selected company is DP Apartments s.r.o., which offers accommodation near the famous mountain resort in Dolní Morava in the village of Červený Potok. The company is at the very beginning of its operation, so establish the right marketing strategy is the key. The sub-goals of the master 's thesis are to establish theoretical starting points, then to analyze the current situation, using the methods of internal and external analysis, communication mix, marketing research and SWOT analysis, and then to create own proposed solution, it means to establish the marketing strategy with regard to potential risks.

Bachelor thesis deals with the function and influence of modern communication tools in reaching out to clients of tourism. The main goal of this work is to research, identify and promotion of use of modern tools among providers of touristic services. The work includes a reconciliation of the benefits and use of modern tools among providers and customers. For this purpose it was used a primary questionnaire survey.
Information as a tool for visitor management in destination (České Budějovice)

The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the information resources and how it is used in management of visitors flow. Further analyze how guides in the destination work with the information and their impact on the flow of visitors due to sustainable development of destination. To achieve this goal, an analysis and evaluation of information sources were made, specifically analysis of the free time section on the official website of České Budějovice and analysis of currently available flyers. The analyzes were based on a qualitative evaluation of ten observers. Then structured interviews with eleven professionals were held (tour guides and head of department of tourism in ČB). The results showed that destination has got a high quality information resources, which help with management of visitors flow. The qualitative research revealed that most of the guides in ČB tend to overlook the importance of sustainable development of tourism in destination and they do not put an effort into informing their clients about ways to sustain tourism. The tour guides underestimate the significance of sustainability of tourism development because of the lack of concern about the negative impact of their activities on the destination. Following these findings, proposals for improvement of tour guides work with information and tour services were made.

Na závěr je vypracována marketingová strategie pro hotel Zlatá hvězda a doporučeny návrhy, které by mohly přispět k dalšímu rozvoji služeb hotelu, eliminaci sezónních výkyvů, atp.
Marketing strategy of a selected travel agency

First, basic marketing terms are defined, strategic marketing principles are explained and tourism market is characterized. Second, the marketing strategy of the travel agency Zájezdy pro děti - CK Ivana Ježková is analysed. On the basis of analyses the improvement of marketing strategy is proposed.
The Cultural Acractivities in Tourism in the Benešovko Region

The work I have chosen to research is in the subjekt of cultural activities in the field of tourism around the Benešovsko region. Part of the work involves taking field surveys and analyzing the results, for which the project was created. The bicyclist route and product packet are also included. This destination offers a lot of opportunities for tourist to visit, and the goal is to attract the most visitors to the surrounding area.
