Long-distance belt transport

The bachelor's thesis deals with long-distance belt transport, the principles of which are explained in the first chapter of the thesis. In the following chapter, the individual components of the belt conveyor are described in detail. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design according to the specified parameters in accordance with ČSN ISO 5048 and the professional literature on the construction of belt conveyors. To verify the correctness of the concept, the strength of the selected conveyor belt is checked. A 3D visualization and drawing documentation of the conceptual design is created for the proposed concept.
Long-distance belt transport

The bachelor thesis deals with the calculation and design of a conveyor belt with a transported quantity of 3 500 t/h with a length of 300 m and an elevation of 22 m. The introductory part is devoted to detailed research of individual components of belt conveyor. In the following chapters, a functional calculation according to ISO 5048, strength check of the shaft, bearings of the driving pulley and conveyor belt is performed. The last part of the thesis describes the choice of parts, which was based on strength and calculation chapters. The result of the entire thesis is the drawing documentation containing the drawing of the assembly.
Belt Conveyor for the grain transport

The aim of this thesis was to design a horizontal belt conveyor on the conveying capacity Q=30 000 kgh^(-1) and dunes axial length L = 25 m. Transported material is a grain of maximum humidity of 14%. Functional calculation is performed according to ISO 5048, which sets out the main dimensions and design of the drive. The individual drive components are selected from the catalog part of individual firms.
Belt conveyor for brown coal

The main key in this bachelor thesis is to calculate and design conveyor belt for transport of brown coal for the transport capacity of 140,000 kg per hour and the height difference of 10,5 m and axial distance between the drums at the both ends of 50 m. First part of the work is focused on the main parts of the conveyor belt construction. Then follows the part with the calculation of conveyor belt according to norm ČSN ISO 5048, which is then used for designing of the main parts of the conveyor belt and its dimensions. The thesis is extended by the required technical drawings.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to draw up an overview of manufacturers of belt conveyors and their individual components together with clarification of functions and construction of selected units. The work includes basic division, overview of manufacturers of different types of belt conveyors, diagram and description of individual parts, analysis of conveyor belts, drums, belt cleaners and others, together with the overview of manufacturers of these components. It also contains an assembly drawing of the selected unit.
Belt conveyor for recycle aggregate

This work deals with an issue of a belt conveyor for transporting recycled stones. The goal of this work is finding a constructional solution of the belt conveyor for specific constructional parameters namely transport power, assigned axial distance of dunes and altitude difference. Firstly, this work includes a theoretical part describing the belt conveyor, the basic constructional element and the choice of the constructional elements. Secondly, this work includes the functional calculation of the belt conveyor according to the ISO ČSN 5048 regulation, the determination of basic sizes, the type of propulsion, the construction of tensioning device and the strength calculation for selected parts. Finally, the drawing documentation find attached to the work.

Belt conveyor for crushed limestone

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present a structural design of a belt conveyor for crushed limestone. The transport distance is 28 meters with superelevation of 7 meters. The traffic performance of the belt is set at 43,000 kg.h-1. The structural design depends on calculation according to the standard ČSN ISO 5048. The study contains brief description of basic parts, followed by control calculation of bulk material and drive pulley. The attachment includes necessary drawing documentation.

Belt conveyor for food corn

This bachelor thesis deals with a belt conveyor for the transportation of food grains. The aim is to perform a functional analysis and structural design of the angled conveyor belt to transport an output of 53,000 kg per hour, given an axial distance dunes of 19 m and a height difference of 3.5 m. The thesis contains a brief description of the main parts of the belt conveyor, the functional calculations according to standard ČSN ISO 5048, the determination of the main dimensions, the design of the drive and conveyor belt tensioning device. It is also performed stress analysis jacket and a driven drum, and analysis of the properties of the transported materials. The work is accompanied by drawings.
