The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the rough substructure of the operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The work deals with technological regulations for foundation structures, including insulation against moisture, for which an itemized budget, inspection and test plan, and time schedule will be drawn up. In addition, this work contains the equipment of the construction site, the coordination situation with wider transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work. In addition, details regarding the rough substructure or insulation against moisture and assessment of construction machinery are worked out for the work.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process a building construction project of the lower building of hotel Ovruč in Štrbské Pleso village, Vysoké Tatry. It is focused on realization of soilcrete and foundation structures. This thesis consists of accompanying and summarized technical reports, sitting of the building with regards to transport routes, technological regulations, organisation principles and equipment of building yard, the itemized budget and time schedule, proposition of construction machines configurations, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at work. All relevant technical drawings are included as well.

Construction Project for Implementation of Multifunctional Building in Brno

The main subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technological project of preparation and realization multifunctional building in Brno on Trugeněvova street. It is a new construction of the main building. It provides a technical report on the construction technology project, transport relations for the transport of materials and machinery to the construction site, following technical report of construction site equipment, construction technology study, design of machinery and last but not least elaboration of technological regulation for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the chapters on health and safety protection at work on the construction site, as well as the LEED certification system and the financial and time plan of the selected stage are elaborated.

Construction-technological project of Ayurvedic pavilion in Počátky

The diploma thesis deals with realization of an Ayurvedic pavilion in the premises of Saint Katerina Resort. The proposed new compound is designed to extend the leisure services of the Saint Katerina Resort in Počátky. The feasibility study of the main technological stages of the project is solved in this diploma thesis. The construction of the object is described in the technical report. Both a detailed itemized budget of the construction and a detailed timetable to show the duration of each process is elaborated for the construction technology project. Futhermore, the design of site construction equipment, design of machine assembly, time deployment of machines and staff balance is elaborated. The project includes a technological regulation of the realization of the skeleton supporting frame structure and both control and test schedule. The work safety for the assembly of the wooden building supporting frame is composed.

Analysis of accessory costs of budget

The diploma thesis entitled "Analysis of ancillary costs of budget" deals with ancillary costs with a focus on the cost of site equipment. The aim of this work was to analyze the-se costs and subsequent evaluation of incidental costs and with a more detailed focus on the cost of site equipment. The first part of the work focuses on the analysis of the con-struction budget, a detailed description of secondary budget costs and construction site equipment. The second part deals with the analysis of ancillary costs of the construction budget. The emphasis here is on the cost of site equipment. For each type of cost, an ana-lysis was performed using percentage cost rates.
