Využitie chatbotov pre komunikáciu so zákazníkom
Michaličková, Petra
The diploma thesis is focused on the awareness of chatbot technology among Czech consumers, as well as their willingness to communicate through chatbots with companies. Firstly, the thesis identifies the fields of its usage. Next part is focused on the examination of risks and obstacles connected with the chatbot technology regarding the Czech consumer. Primary data are obtained by questionnaire survey of 404 consumers and in-dept interviews with the representatives of 4 companies. According to the survey, there is a dependence between the awareness of chatbots and the age. Chatbot was used mainly by younger respondents aged between 25 and 44. Companies which implemented the chatbot technology evaluate this step as positive, however, customers still do not trust this technology and prefer to communicate with person.
Využití umělé inteligence pro komunikaci se zákazníkem v maloobchodě
Kučera, David
The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out what is the awareness of consumers in the Czech market towards artificial intelligence and communication with artifi-cial intelligence, together with proposing recommendations for retail owners who plan to implement artificial intelligence or intend to innovate their current artifi-cial intelligence and improve access to consumers. The diploma thesis used mar-keting research in the form of interviews and a questionnaire survey. Based on them were made conclusions.
Chatbot technológia v odvetví maloobchodu s výrobkami pre kultúrny rozhľad
Bielokostolská, Barbara
The submitted diploma thesis deals with the impact of the deployment of chatbots for online support of sales and customer services in the retail sector of cultural and recreation goods. The aim was to identify the factors and map the attitude of companies to the introduction of this technology. The evaluation of the results took place through a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews, according to these was found out, that the adoption is most influenced by the perceived efficiency and requirements of investments into a new technology. The primary data were also examined through factor analysis and a mind map of the code theory model. The key aspects of the adoption of chatbots were interconnected and served as a basis for making recommendations for Czech companies considering the introduction of chatbots.
Online podpora predaja prostredníctvom chatbotov na trhu s módou
Fandl, Filip
Fandl, F. Online sales support via chatbots in the fashion market. Thesis. Brno: Men- del University, 2021. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of chatbots in the fashion industry. The aim is to evaluate factors that affect the willingness of consumers to communicate with chatbots during buying clothes, shoes or accessories and to find out how this technology affects purchasing decisions. The result of the diploma thesis is based on the output of primary and secondary research. The primary research was realised by a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews. Based on the results, a recommendation was created for online stores in the fashion market to implement chatbots to support the purchasing process.
Faktory ovlivňující rozhodnutí o implementaci chatbota v malých a středních podnicích
Čermák, Jakub
Čermák, J. Factors influencing the decision to implement chatbot in small and me-dium enterprises. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. The diploma thesis deals with the identification of internal and external factors of small and medium enterprises in the manufacturing industry, which are considering the implementation of chatbot technology. Primary data are obtained through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, based on which it was found that the implementation of chatbot is most affected by the benefits of chatbot implementation, chatbot development and implementation, effects of chatbot implementation and risk of customer loss. The key factors, the results of the ques-tionnaire survey and the results of the in-depth interviews were used to create recommendations for companies that plan to implement chatbot technology.
Testování funkcí autonomních vozidel
Skokan, Adam
Thesis deals with autonomous driving system it’s describe and testing. The document consist of two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretic part closely describes function of autonomous vehicles, division of autonomous vehicles and describe systems allowing autonomous driving. Also it research testing of functions of autonomous vehicles. At practical part is described experimental measurement for a purpose to know how well autonomous vehicles detects an obstacles and prevent colision. This measurement is evaluate and results described.
Generování syntetických snímků duhovky
Haršaník, Dominik ; Juránková, Markéta (referee) ; Vaško, Marek (advisor)
This thesis explores various methods for conditional generation of synthetic iris images using artificial intelligence. Current methods do not allow the generation of images based on different input parameters. I addressed this issue by employing an Auxiliary Classifier GAN (ACGAN) network, which utilizes generative adversarial model techniques while considering conditions such as the right and left eye, gaze direction, or scene lighting. In this thesis, I present a method capable of generating realistic synthetic iris images that also takes into account specified conditions and requirements. This work can be utilized in biometric identity verification, expansion of existing datasets, and training artificial intelligence algorithms for iris recognition.
Ethics and artificial intelligence
Švarcová, Kateřina ; Sousedík, Prokop (advisor) ; Šolcová, Kateřina (referee)
The thesis focuses on the ethics of artificial intelligence (AI). It is organized into three main parts. The first part describes the basic concepts. There are explained in particularthe basic principles of algorithms and the functioning of AI from a technical point of view. In the next part, the thesis uses texts by J.R. Searle and J. Peregrine to compare AI and human thinking from a philosophical perspective. From this section it is concluded that AI is a machine and as such has no moral responsibility. The moral responsibility in working with AI lies with humans, that is, the developers of AI and its users. This is addressed in the third part of the thesis, where various current moral issues are presented and basic ethical principles for AI work and development are established based on utilitarian and deontological orientations.
Obstacle Avoidance in UAVs: Using a Bug-Inspired Algorithm and Neural Network-Based RGB Camera Collision Prediction
Raichl, Petr ; Marcoň, Petr ; Janoušek, Jiří
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are increasingly deployed in complex environments for various applications, necessitating advanced obstacle avoidance capabilities to ensure safety and mission success. Inspired by the simplicity and effectiveness of biological navigation strategies, this study introduces a novel approach to UAV obstacle avoidance, leveraging the principles of the bug algorithm combined with the predictive power of neural networks. We propose a hybrid model that integrates a lightweight neural network to predict potential collisions in real-time. Our methodology employs a two-stage process: first, the neural network assesses the immediate risk of collision; second, the bug algorithm-inspired decision-making process determines the UAV’s maneuvering actions to navigate without crashing to obstacles. The approach was tested both in simulation and real outdoor experiments.
Perception of Generative Artificial Intelligence in selected Newsrooms of Domestic News Media with a Focus on Changes in Journalistic Ethics
Vaněček, Lukáš ; Moravec, Václav (advisor) ; Klimeš, David (referee)
The bachelor thesis delves into the subject of artificial intelligence and simultaneously explores its application in domestic editorial offices, along with the emerging ethical challenges associated with these technologies. In the theoretical section, in addition to introducing generative artificial intelligence itself and platforms such as ChatGPT or Midjourney operating on this basis, it describes the ethical domains in which the mentioned tools may instigate changes. The thesis includes a qualitative research component based on twelve in-depth semi- structured interviews with respondents from both public-service and private newsrooms actively utilizing generative artificial intelligence. Keywords Artificial Intelligence, AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, ethics, transformation, machine learning, automated journalism, media Title Perception of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Selected Newsrooms of Domestic News Media with a Focus on Changes in Journalistic Ethics
