Motivation of students of career counselling to the profession of a career counsellor

The diploma thesis focuses on the field of career counselling in its entirety. The theoretical part defines concepts such as motivation and career and describes the most well-known career typologies. It presents the sectors where career counsellor can be found, including the definition of target groups that most often seek the career counsellors help. It comprehensively introduces the services, forms, methods and tools used by career counsellors, including his or her competences according to the National Occupation Classification System. It deals with the education of career counsellors, including the standards of the National Qualification System. The empirical part focuses on the motivation of students in career counselling to pursue the profession of career counsellor. The thesis aimed to identify the reasons for studying the chosen field and the cocerns that respondents perceive in connection with their future career. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews. The results showed that students are concerned about their future career prospects due to low awareness of career counselling and the insufficient legislative framework for school career counsellors. The bachelor thesis "Lipensko - working with specific target groups in tourism" focuses on the analysis and development of strategies for working with target groups in the tourist area of Lipensko. The aim of the thesis is to conduct an analysis of the demand from selected specific customer groups in tourism and based on this analysis, propose suitable activities and products for these groups or forms of tourist experiences. The thesis is structured into three main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical framework, which includes concepts such as the impact of tourism, destination management, market segmentation, overtourism issues, and the challenges of tourist regions. The practical part addresses the analysis of the current situation in the Lipensko destination, utilizing a questionnaire survey to identify the needs of specific target groups. The final part of the thesis contains specific recommendations for personalizing the destination for various groups of tourists in the given tourist area based on the analysis conducted and insights gained.

Who is 'the public'? The case of the EU's Public Diplomacy in the Eastern Partnership Master's Thesis - Kristin Aldag - Charles University, June 2021 Abstract For states and other international actors such as the European Union, public diplomacy is an important tool to achieve their political and economic interests abroad by communi- cating directly with foreign audiences. While the existing body of academic literature on pub- lic diplomacy is rich, few authors have thus far addressed the question of who actually consti- tutes the public, and which specific target groups can be distinguished. Using the EU PD prac- tices in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) from 2010-2020 as a case study, this thesis will thus attempt to fill this gap and contribute to the academic literature in the field by offering an overview of the various target groups within the European Union's public diplomacy. In a thorough content analysis of relevant primary sources, the thesis focuses on the policy objec- tives and practices of the European Union's outreach to different groups and audiences in the EaP region. This work is not focused just on social agriculture but also on agriculture in general and also on some social terms. It also explains the main meaning in social agriculture, its benefits in social life and for what kind of people it can be beneficial and helpful. It analyzes social agriculture in the Czech Republic and in other European countries.The literal research is divided into three parts. The first part is about agriculture in general and its main functions in agricultural sector. In the second part are described some social terms and the third part which is the longest one is about the social agriculture. The third part also deals with financing of farms or companies that concentrate on social agriculture in each country.

Animation as a part of primary prevention in elementary school

This thesis presents the possibilities of usage of the animation approach in the context of primary prevention program appleid in primary shools. After defining the content, goals and focus of the primary prevention, this thesis acquaints with specific programs of primary prevention, with their characteristics and the fundamental methods, from which the key ones are sociometrics, reflection and working with the group. Furthermore the thesis is focused on the position of a teacher, his personality and compares his possible effect in the whole animation process. The thoughts on different animation processes, their approaches with the goals and the possible guidance of the primary prevention, are the fundamental part of this thesis. The other subject is the effectiveness of the primary programs and their factors, which can infulence the process. The conclusion of this thesis indicates the importance of the connection of the animation approach in this pedagogical process.
