Development of electronic circuitry for remote controlled bathyscaphe
Trýska, Tomáš ; Musil, Vladislav (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the development of electronic circuitry for remote controlled bathyscaphe and allow it to move, measure the working values and transmit the video stream from IP camera to the computer. Camera itself can be also remotely tilted by a small servo motor. The bathyscaphe is controlled through a simple computer program.
The requirements of the airworthiness of aircraft
Pauliny, Jan ; Pejchar, Jan (referee) ; Chlebek, Jiří (advisor)
The focus of this study is to investigate the requirements and procedures for obtaining and maintaining a certificate of airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products within the scope of civil aviation. The requirements investigated include the standards regarding airworthiness requirements for large airplanes, helicopters, small airplanes, engines, and propellers. The procedures for certification and continuing airworthiness throughout the design, production and operating life of an aircraft are explained.
Recent Trucks Technical Solutions
Slavíček, Jakub ; Svída, David (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is about technical solving of goods carriers. There is defined kinds of trucks by purposes of using. There are described carriages, gear units, motors, cabins, safety factor, electrical systems. There is vision of future. Knowledge of professional driver are used.
Conception of ATV (all-terrain vehicles)
Dosedla, Milan ; Vančura, Jan (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis is review article of the current design and construction setup of ATVs. In the individual chapters are analyzed function of structural units and their advantages and disadvantages for the application. Much attention is paid to the design and construction of the brakes and axles. Work based on the analysis 30 models of ATVs from different manufacturers. This thesis reports the specifications of selected models. In conclusion we discuss the appropriateness of design solutions for different types of ATVs such as utility or sport models.
Transport Aircraft Development Tendencies
Vaščák, Tomáš ; Chlebek, Jiří (referee) ; Kujal, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of thesis is to acquaint with the development of aircraft technology, to evaluate the operating characteristics of selected types of transport aircraft and create a short-term estimate of the development of transport aircraft.
Biomass for power plants in the off-grid operation
Roule, Jaroslav ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
The thesis discusses the use of biomass for electricity island operation. The first chapter explains the concept of biomass and its distribution. It also shows the potential and availability of biomass. The second chapter describes the transformation of biomass into a suitable fuel form. The third to fifth chapter describes the conversion of biomass as a fuel into electrical energy through combustion, Stirling and steam engine. In these chapters there are brought the following parameters and prices of these motors and single-phase and three-phase alternators that can be connected to these engines. Other chapters describe the production of electricity in line with consumption, where the cost per hour to run engines for the various types of fuel and price of the electricity produced in kilowatt hours is calculated. In the last chapter of the thesis there is described the possibility of accumulation of electrical energy.
Analýza změn výstupních parametrů motorů při spalování paliva E85
Polcar, Adam
This Ph.D. thesis titled "Analysis of changes of engines output parameters at combustion of E85 fuel" describes the history and present use of bioethanol as a fuel for spark-ignition engines, as well as possibilities of its production and use in internal combustion engines. The comparison of the physico-chemical properties of the bioethanol and gasoline is also the part of the thesis. The experimental part is focused on the evaluation of engines basic parameters and emissions production. Engine and two vehicles were chosen to analyze the influence of E85 to change parameters mentioned above. Engines were originally designed to operate on gasoline. Hence, one of objectives of this thesis is to describe adjustment of the engine (originally designed for the combustion of gasoline) for operation on E85. The results of experimental measurements show that E85 fuel has a positive impact not only on the performance parameters of the engine, but also on the production of emissions. However, due to different properties of ethanol and gasoline is necessary increase amount of injected fuel. It leads to a negative impact on the fuel consumption of the engine.
