Robová, Klaudia ; Vomáčková, Helena (advisor) ; Žáková, Lenka (referee)
Author: Bc. Klaudia Robová Supervisor: PhDr. Helena Vomáčková, Ph.D. Title: A comparison of results between a Y-Balance Test and a Star Excursion Balance Test among professional floorball players Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find a relation between the Y-Balance Test and the Star Excursion Balance Test among professional floorball players and simultaneously to evaluate a level of a dynamic postural stability among professional floorball players and afterwards to evaluate a risk level of a lower limb injury. Methods: This thesis is characterised by a non-experimental observational study. A research sample consisted of a deliberately selected group of professional floorball players n = 60, 30 men and 30 women in the age range from 18 to 33 years (the average age was 21.37 +/- 3.63 years), who have actively played the highest senior competition in the Czech Republic at least for one year. Each proband complied certain criteria to be included into the study. The measurement was taken in the field in sports halls of the tested professional clubs. The dynamic postural stability was evaluated by the Y-Balance Test measured with the Y-Balance Test Kit device in three directions and the Star Excursion Balance Test with The MAT® in eight directions. The data, which were obtained by both test...

Mráček, Václav ; Šíma, Jan (advisor) ; Procházka, Jan (referee)
Title: Competitive Balance of the selected football leagues in Europe, their development and comparison. Goals: Determining the competitive balance in the six top European football competitions. This is a Czech Gambrinus liga, Dutch Eredivisie, German Bundesliga, Austrian Bundesliga, Ukrainian Premier liha Hungarian OTP liga, compare to competition and an outline of the development trend. Methods: The standard deviation of percentage wins, correlation coefficient, the presentation of results based on percentages, graphs, trends. Results: All results are presented in the analytical part of the work, verify predetermined hypotheses and are an important source of comparison for each event and outline trends. Keywords: Competition, equilibrium, European football league, football league, static balance, dynamic balance, season, club, reform, UEFA, sport, decreased balance, standard deviation, correlation coefficient.
Dynamic competitive balance in European football leagues
Vichr, David ; Šíma, Jan (advisor) ; Ruda, Tomáš (referee)
1 Abstract Title: Dynamic competitive balance in European football leagues Objectives The quality of objective of this master thesis is the analysis of dynamic competitive balance of ten European football leagues. Namely the English league, the German league, the Dutch league, the Greek league, the Romanian league, the Czech league, the Danish league, the Polish league, the Cyprian league, the and the Bulgarian league and their comparison. Methods: Dynamic competitive balance showed by the Lorenz curve of the number of league champions during the period under review. Results: The results show comparison of dynamic competitive balance in top European leagues. Further refute or confirm the established assumption of same trend in the designated groups divided by market value and competitive format. Key words: Football, competition, dynamic balance, Lorenz curve, league market value, competitive format
The role of sensomotoric training on balance in healthy adult subjects if included in short therapy plan
Aljeheny, Osama Hamed A ; Pánek, David (advisor) ; Pavlů, Dagmar (referee)
Goal The goal of our pilot study was to evaluate the effect of short-term home based sensomotoric Training program (six weeks) in healthy adults on dynamic postural stability. We used the SOT at baseline and post the training program to evaluate the effect. Methodology The number of participants in this experiment was 10 healthy students, the number of males was 8 and 2 females, they were all between the age of 23 and 40 (mean 29.5 and ± S.D = 5.1 years). The sensory organization test was conducted at baseline and post the home based sensomotoric training program by using the dynamic posturography SMART Balance Master System (NeuroCom). The somatosensory (SOM), visual (VIS), vestibular (VEST), preference (PREF) and composite equilibrium outcome measures of the sensory organization test were evaluated. Results The VIS sensory system has significantly improved also the VEST sensory system with p-value < 0.05. The SOM sensory system had no significant improvement also the PREF sensory system with p-value > 0.05, while the overall composite equilibrium had a significant improvement with p-value > 0.05. Conclusion According to our findings the short-term home based sensomotoric training program has a positive effect in terms of improving the overall dynamic balance in healthy adults. Versatile Leadership in the Czech Educational System Context
Kotulič, Petr ; Trunda, Jiří (advisor) ; Tureckiová, Michaela (referee)
The object and purpose of this thesis is the description of versatile leadership and its use in common activities of a school manager. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the research. In the theoretical part there is given an overview of theoretical findings in the field of versatile leadership which was obtained by a bibliographic search. The research part is based on a survey among executives (directors) at primary and secondary schools in the Usti Region. It was created a questionnaire with 32 questions in Google Documents. The questionnaire was distributed to 370 primary and secondary schools in the Usti Region. 91 of them were completed and returned. Afterwards they were evaluated. In the conclusion, based on evaluation of the questionnaires, there is an answer to an issue of fulfilment of the research assumption that in contemporary schools versatile leadership is not (wittingly) used, current school management do not have sufficient awareness of versatile leadership. The survey confirmed the research assumption. Concerning the use of some elements of versatile leadership they are more often used by primary schools management.
