Brewery premises waiting for its time once again to raise their fate. The proposal deals with thinning adequate space for the return of the former grandeur of the castle courtyard. Take the power of its current and cumbersome, and bring back into the historic character of the former in the form of vertical predatory towers and all the socio-eco-logical aspects.
Znojmo – Castle, rotunda and brewery

Urbanistic and architectural study of future development of castle area in Znojmo. Main focus will be on creation of sustainable and vital part of the city with connections to landscape, townscape, castle, old brewery and romanesque rotunda of st. Catherine. Adaptation of historic buildings of castle and brewery for cultural and social center of town. Reconstruction and conversion will be based on theoretical work from previous semester. Urbanistic goal is creation and redefinition of public spaces of castle garden, rotunda hill and Hradni street and its integration with historic town center of Znojmo and valley of river Dyje.

Znojmo brewery complex, although there is a very attractive site of the historic center, one of the largest unused areas in the city. The recovery of this territory is a major task which will Znojmo face in the coming years. In a small town with little development potential, is probably not possible to expect a single realization of the operation, but rather a series of successive interventions.
Family house with a brewery T: O: P in Jevíčko

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on a project of a detached family house with a brewery T:O:P on a site 88/13 and 88/14 in a Jevíčko. Bachelor´s thesis is drawn in a project documentation for the realization of building. The house has two floors without cellarage, rectangular plan with flat roof, based on strip foundations made of a simple concrete. Vertical frameworks are devised from masonry type therm from Porotherm. Horizontal frameworks are from ceiling panels Spiroll. External wals are warmed by a contact system from polystyrene. Entry into the brewery premises and residential units, located on the second floor, is oriented to the southeast, entrance to the brasserie on the southwest. 1.NP is divided into two service. The service brewery with his technological background and administrative background brewer. The second service is brasserie brewery with his social service and visitors. Housing unit is separated from the brewery and brasserie ceiling constructions and has its own entrance from the open air.
Communication strategies and advertising campaigns of Czech large breweries

This Master's Thesis analyses communication strategies of featured Czech large breweries and focuses on their target groups, media mixes and especially the creativity and originality of their communication activities. The hypothesis being verified is that Czech large breweries do not produce extraordinarily creative campaigns with strong and interesting idea and that all of them communicate in the very similar way. The theoretical part of the Thesis focuses on the brewery situation in the Czech Republic and its meaning for the Czech society as well as on the theory of communication, marketing communication, communication strategy and advertising. The practical part analyses and compares the communication strategies of featured Czech large breweries demonstrated on specific advertising campaigns. The Master's Thesis is concluded with the summary and evaluation of the communication strategies.
Valuation of the company Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s.

The aim of the Master´s Thesis is a valuation of the company Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku, a.s. at market value to 1. 1. 2015 for the purposes of hypothetical sale on the basis of publicly available information. The first part of the thesis acquainted with the purpose of the valuation and with the valued company. Strategic analysis and prognosis of sales of the firm, which is based on the strategic analysis, follow. In the next part the thesis focuses on financial analysis and evaluation of financial health of the company. Attention is paid to the analysis and prognosis of generators of value and to the estimation of financial plan of the company. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the valuation of the company by yield method DCF Entity. The market value is alternatively determinates by market comparison method.
Beer production optimization in a brewery

The present thesis is based on actual data provided by the employees of the Zubr Brewery and it focuses on production optimization, aiming to maximize yearly profit while taking into account various limitations defined in advance. A convenient tool for determining the optimum yearly production of individual products is linear programming. For the purposes of this thesis, the production planning problem is utilized. An economic model was constructed on the basis of available data and -- after several essential calculation tasks -- a mathematical model was established, which was subsequently calculated using Microsoft Excel and its Solver functionality. Finally, the resultant values were interpreted. Apart from the analysis per se, the first two chapters explain the concept of linear programming and briefly introduce the Zubr Brewery, its products and its technology of brewing.

The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate financial health of the DUDÁK - Burghers' Brewery Strakonice, a.s. between 2009 and 2013. The theoretical part presents basic aspects of financial analysis and its methods and tools which are used in the practical part. The practical part also includes description of the company and its history. Financial situation was analyzed using vertical and horizontal analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement, financial ratios, Du Pont analysis, indicator of economic value added and bankruptcy and creditworthy model.
Valuation of Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate the value of company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s. for owners using the income approach at the date of 31st December 2013. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the methods and procedures of valuation. The practical part consists of the company profile, strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan and the final valuation of the company. Analysis of the previous development of the company is conducted for the period 2009 - 2013. The financial plan was drawn up for the period 2014 - 2018. Company was valued using discounted cash flow method in the variant of free cash flow to the firm. At the end of the thesis there was carried out valuation by the book value method for purposes of comparison with the valuation made by discounted cash flow method.
