Cílem této práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti DUDÁK -- Měšťanský pivovar Strakonice, a. s. za období 2009 -- 2013. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní aspekty finanční analýzy a její jednotlivé metody a nástroje, které jsou následně v praktické části na podnik aplikovány. Součástí praktické části je i popis a stručná historie analyzovaného podniku. Ke zhodnocení finanční situace podniku byla použita horizontální a vertikální analýza účetních výkazů, poměrové ukazatele, Du Pontův rozklad, ukazatel ekonomické přidané hodnoty a bankrotní a bonitní model. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate financial health of the DUDÁK - Burghers' Brewery Strakonice, a.s. between 2009 and 2013. The theoretical part presents basic aspects of financial analysis and its methods and tools which are used in the practical part. The practical part also includes description of the company and its history. Financial situation was analyzed using vertical and horizontal analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement, financial ratios, Du Pont analysis, indicator of economic value added and bankruptcy and creditworthy model.
