Sports centre Hodonín

The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a sports centre. The building is situated in Hodonín in flattened terrain. It is a building with two floors, non-cellar, flat vegetation roof and sloping roof of the wooden glued laminated trusses. The building is based on plain concrete strip foundations and concrete foundations footing. Both peripheral and internal walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. In open spaces, reinforced concrete columns are designed. The ceiling structure is designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The peripheral walls are insulated with the ETICS external thermal insulation system in the western part of the building. On the rest of the building there is a ventilated facade with a cladding made of wood and Cetris tiles. The building is functionally divided into two parts with a common entrance. On the north and south side there are sports grounds. The rest consists of a restaurant, a kitchen with facilities, a hygienic background for employees and visitors. The whole building is barrier-free.
Penzion SKI - Orlické hory

The content of the master thesis is processing of project documentation for he mountain boarding house in Zdobnice in Orlické hory, first done as a pilot project and then as a building construction project. It concerns a three floor building. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of prestressed hollow core slabs. Roofing is solved with mono-pitched roof and flat roof. The access to building is from the west for the public and from the east for the staff. There is the ski and bike rental in this building.
Winery

The aim of this Master’s thesis is to develop the design documentation for the building permission of a two-storey winery situated in Strachotín, Czechia. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with architectural and structural design. The winery building has one above-ground and one underground floor. Building’s floor plan is divided into two rectangles, each serving a distinct purpose. The first rectangle, characterized by a flat semi-intensive green roof, encompasses the wine bar and offices, while the second rectangle with the gable roof houses the production area. The structural system is designed as reinforced concrete frame with sand-lime masonry infills in the above-ground and as prefabricated reinforced concrete walls in the basement. The envelope walls are insulated with the ETICS. The floor and roof structure is designed using prestressed hollow core panels Spiroll. The first part of the Master’s project includes the energy performance certificate. The second part of the Master’s project is dedicated to the design of selected building services. Heating and cooling are provided by two ground-source heat pumps. There is also smart LED lighting, photovoltaics and rainwater treatment. The last part of the Master’s project is focused on the integration of phase-change materials (PCM) in heating systems. Specifically, comparing three thermal storage tanks filled with water, organic and inorganic PCM. The aim is to discern which option minimizes the overall environmental impacts of the system. Software tools used include Archicad 26, Hluk +, Building Design, FIRE-NX DesignBuilder, Deksoft, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Vray, GaBi.
Hotel Zubří

The main subject of my diploma thesis is creating a design documentation for the construction of a hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant and is situated in the northern outskirts of Žďár nad Sázavou. The building is located on a slightly sloping terrain with small green vegetation. The hotel is three-story with partial basement. It is roofed with a pitched roof. The hotel meets the requirements of comfort star (***) in hotel rating. The accommodation capacity is 58 people placed into 13 rooms. Two rooms are designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The rooms are located on the first and second floor. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with reception and toilets for the guests from the restaurant. In the south-western part of the hotel are located staff facilities such as a kitchen facility or a place of supply. The north-western part of the building is designed for the management and support areas. The building is designed to respect local regulations and construction principles. With its architectural design, the building completely fits into the surrounding landscape and does not disturb its character in any way.
Family house

Bachelor´s work is two-floor family house project. The house will be used for family of four. There is a garage situated on the first above floor which is conected to a covered lee with the family house. On the lee continue vestibul with the corridor to the technical room and to the living room, which is connected with the kitchen and dining room, which follow to the outside terrace. From the living room is possible access to the hall and from the hall to the study room, bath room and WC. In the living room are stairs up to the second above floor. There is a hall of communication space from where you can go to the bed room, bath room with WC, changing room and two rooms. From the bed room is possible entrance on the terrace, which is above study room. The family house have untypical ground plan with saddle roof and shed roof above the garage. This project was made using of computer programme AutoCAD. During the making was put emphasis on correct disposal and architectural solution and safe using building.

Apartment house

The content of the bachelor thesis is the design and development of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is detached and is situated in the cadastral area of Pardubice on plots No. 4285/1 and 4321/5. The residential building is partially underground with three floors and is designed with a gable roof with smooth aluminium roofing. There are a total of 11 residential units and it is designed for 26 people. In the basement there are designed basement cubicles for each apartment unit, a technical room and warehouses. On the ground floor there is a bike room and a cleaning room. Residential units located on the second and third floor have a balcony. The attic space is unused. The entrance to the building is situated on the southwest facade. The structural system of the building is a longitudinal wall system with stiffening walls. The vertical structures are designed in cut brick blocks, the perimeter walls in the basement floor are made of lost formwork. The horizontal structures consist of ceramic concrete. The roof structure is made of wooden trusses. The building is based on strip foundations.

The thesis deals with a project documentation of detached house for a family of four to five family members in Letovice village in Southern Moravia. The building is brick with two floors, without basement, with inclined roof and garage. The house is situated in mild slope on an estate without earlier housing development. The first floor functions as social background with kitchen and technical room. In the second floor there are childern´s rooms, playroom and sleeping room.
Mountain hotel

The theme of this work is the building design, brand new mountain hotel with wellness services in Spindleruv Mlyn. The plot is located in a quiet part of town, near a wooded area and form a river Labe.V designed hotel is located three floors above ground level of the building is solved attic space. Roofed by a wooden roof false hip roof. Ground unsophisticated form a geometric shape, which layout is divided into sections. On the ground floor wellness facilities, a portion of the input dopňkovými with hotel services, floor is done mainly for accommodation, as well as the attic. Hotel is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in the construction of houses and other hotels. All living spaces are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists Liapor system. The appearance of the hotel is in line with the surroundings.

This bachelor thesis deals with design and elaboration of project documentation for construction of a house building in Moravany in the district of Pardubice. Object is located on the parcel No. 78/45, in the cadastral area Moravany nad Loučnou. It is situated in a built environment. The outline of the house is irregular, the roofing is solved with one saddle and one flat roof. The house is divided into a residential area for a five-member family. Part of the living area has two above ground floors, one underground floor, the object is partly basement. Part of it is the garage for one car. Next to the property there is a local IV road class. House design respects the municipal plan and the urban development plan. The construction system is a Porotherm wall, the ceilings are folded with Miako liners, the saddle roof is a hambal type, the cover is KM Beta. The project documentation is prepared in accordance with the current wording of applicable laws, decrees and standards.
