The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is a project of a new detached house with a design office at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The detached house is situated in a small town Blížkovice. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor with a flat roof. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the above-ground part is made up of system Heluz. The land is sloping toward the northsouth.

The subject of this project is documentation for family house with two floors with the office. The house is situated in the village Svébohov. The house is alone standing in the existing development and will serve for 4 to 5 member family. At the bottom of first floor will located business – law office and garage. In the upper part of first floor and full second floor will be used for housing. The terrace is part of house, and is with access to the garden. The land is sloping toward the southeast. Aisle roof is with slight tendency. (two pages).

Multifunctional Building Křenová

The bachelor thesis is based on the studio project of residential buildings. The project develops architectural study of multifunctional house on the Křenová street in Brno. Entered building site is located between the streets Křenová, Vlhká and Skořepka. The designed complex of three buildings are connected to the existing buildings. They also terminate street-block and they create partially enclosed courtyard, which is planted by greenery. Objects A and B on the southern and eastern side are formed in a regular set of stacked cells. They contain apartments which are oriented to the south, east and west. Ground floors of both buildings have a simple platform,which is corresponding to the shape of street line. These floors are intended for administration and services. Building C on the north side is designed for administration. On the ground floor of this house is the entrance into two underground floors for parking.

The thesis is about a project of the family house in the municipal land registry of Vracov. The thesis contains project documentation, technical report and thermic-technical review. The project is solving a brickhouse on the basis of bricksystem Heluz which has two above-ground levels and the basement. The house has a flat one-covered roof, terrace and balcony. The house includes a garage for one car. The built-up area is 141,8 m2.The thesis can be helpful as a source of the building procedure.

Subject of the solution bachelor´s thesis is new building without barrier domestic building. It is two floors building made out of construction system Porotherm with monolithic ferronconcrete ceilings and flat roof. First floor is used for accommodation disabled people and there are four apartments with terrace. Second floor is used for accommodation two smaller families and there are two apartments with balconies. Building is located in sloping terrain in the development area of new houses in Chomutov in area of Alum Lake.

The subject of Bachelor’s thesis is devise project documentation for villa-type house. The building is designed as a non-basement, two floors with attic, located on a flat ground in quiet environment. Part of the house is garage parking for two cars. House is designed of brick blocks, roofed hipped roof including dormer, further flast roofs used as terraces. Disposition enable comfortable accommodation for 8-10 people.

This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of family house for one generation. Object has two floors and basement. The second floor is realised as an attic. Garage is a part of a house. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The saddle roof is created with concrete tiles KMB Hodonka. Object is insulated by ETICS system. The building is situated in Letohrad. Surrounding terrain is flat. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details.

This thesis deals with documentation to the family house with a hairdressing salon. It issupposed to beplaced on thelandwiththenumber 35/2 in thevillagecalledKaceřov near to Kynšperknad Ohří in Karlovy Vary area. Thisland occurs in sloping area so this fact influenced the proposal of this plan. It is building for four to five people. This building has two aboveground floors and a residential loft-room. In the first aboveground floor there is the hairdressing salon. This plan came from the disposition studies and from the building permit. The result of this work will be the full detailed documentation, which consists of the drawing of situation, a floor plan, views, foundation drawings, ceilings, trusses, stairs, and details. Then a technical report, extracts elements, a fire safety solutions, technical assessment of the thermal of the building.
