The theme of bachelor´s thesis is family house in Miletin. The family house is a single unit building intended for the permanent family living. It is a family house with two floors and basement. Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.
SMS Enterprise Premises

The Bachelor thesis focuses on small and medium-size enterprise (SMEs) premises situated near the Kšírova Street in Brno. The construction area is to be found in the city district Horní Heršpice. The nearest surroundings are characterised by a multifunctional neighbourhood. At the same time, the new planned city district is taken into consideration. The area intended for reconstruction has recently served as a builder´s yard. The designed construction is composed of two buildings and its location on the plot enables it to form a city block. Both buildings are designed as a four-storey, one of the buildings are located underground parking. There are main entrance hall, production areas with facilities, eating facilities offices and a car park in the buildings. The access to individual production units is from outside back porches. There is an inner yard between the two buildings that is going to be used partly for supplying and partly to rest. The street facades are compact character, austere space is lined CETRIS plates, strip windows are placed in fixed horizontal and vertical lines.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the business plan. The main target of the thesis is to examine whether this plan is realizable or not into practise. The theoretical part of thesis deals with structure based on information obtained from literature. In the practical part the information is applied to the particular business plan, and tha's opening new shop selling men's clothing.
The Buying atmosphere in the chosen retail unit

The main point of this thesis will analyze individual elements of the schopping environment in selected retail unit, which will supermarket Terno České Budějovice. In addition to this research, this thesis will also focus on customer's feelings about the schooping environment and how specific elements operate. After learning these facts on the basis of the survey will then supplemented some suggestions to improve such elements, which will be most dissatisfied from customers.

This thesis considers current status of recording industry divided into two parts – music and audiobooks, either in the whole world and Czech Republic. Used technologies, payment systems and business models are examined alongside with fresh information from recording industry. The models part describes an ideal business model, which incorporates current trends and creates a vision of the business in the future. Applied part adjusts this model according to real world factors into a model usable in the Czech Republic. A final SWOT analysis describes all strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the given model.
Assesment of shopping atmosphere of selected retail chains in Prague in Spořilov

This thesis deals with the assessment of shopping atmosphere of three retail units in a designated area in Prague in its part called Spořilov. Author evaluates three different formats of sale of following multinationals: Ahold Czech Republic with its supermarket Albert, REWE Group with its Penny Market a discount unit and Tesco Czech Republic with its format of sale Tesco Express. The work is divided into several chapters. The first part defines the shopping atmosphere, then presents the residential unit Spořilov, finally talks about the main characteristics of selected retail chains in the theoretical part. There is a subjective evaluation of the selected retail units and marketing survey in the pracitical part. For final assessment was used the SWOT analysis.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine whether the selected company uses marketing and propose changes that would lead to improving the current situation. The first part of the thesis is focused on obtaining theoretical basis. This base was obtained by studying literature. In the second part the author has analyzed company and its surroundings. Also marketing research has been carried out in the practical part. Thanks to the results of the analyzes and market research the author has created suggestions for improve the current situation.
Analysis of the distribution logistics of selected food products

The main aim of the thesis is analysis of the logistic system of the company dealing with distribution of meat and dairy products, from the viewpoint of material and information flow from the point of purchase to the supply to the clients and to try to suggest possibilities of optimalization in order to improve logistic procedures. On the basis of performed analysis is suggested possible change towards the optimalizacion of distribution, which lies in a new way of direction internal sources of the enterprise.

The thesis deals with mystery shopping and its use in practice. The goal of thesis is to identify and analyze the possibilities to use this method as a tool for the effective control of sales staff. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains information about retailing and its division. The second chapter deals with mystery shopping including: introduction of the method and its history, MS technics, internationally valid standards for MS and characteristic of the mystery shopper. The last chapter focuses on practical research which was carried out in cooperation with O'Neill company.
An assessment of shopping atmosphere in two Starbucks coffee-houses

This bachelor thesis focuses on the shopping atmosphere in two Starbucks retail units in Prague. In this work I investigate the coffee-houses on Malostranské Náměstí and Václavské náměstí. The work is divided in three parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of shopping atmosphere, its evaluation criteria and methods used to evaluate. The second chapter draws attention to closer performance of the company. In the practical part, the units are compared by two different methods.
