Design of Data Acquisition Equipment IMC Fastening System in the Car
Černý, Martin ; Jeník, Radomír (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
Devices for measuring the dynamic load and vibration of certain parts of the bodywork or parts of other parts of the vehicle are made using accelerometers and measuring instruments IMC. It must be simply installed into the interior of the vehicle so that it is not necessary to remove any parts of the interior and to avoid damage to all parts of the interior. The preparation must also withstand the considerable dynamic load generated by the harder operation tests.
Vibration of slender bridge structure
Kika, Ondřej ; prof. Ing. Alois Materna, CSc., MBA (referee) ; Krejsa,, Martin (referee) ; Salajka, Vlastislav (advisor)
Doctoral thesis called Vibrations of slender bridge structures deals with comparison of constructions’ responses at different load model of pedestrians. Specifically, in practice commonly used model, where there are the effects of pedestrians replaced by forces acting in a certain place on the bridge and other model, which takes into account the load of pedestrians moving along the deck. Calculations of responses are performed by finite element method in program ANSYS. To obtain extreme values of responses It is used parametric calculation using the program OptiSlang. At first responses on the simplified constructions are evaluated for load of two pedestrians, as well as the responses on real bridges for load of two pedestrians and four pairs of pedestrians. Responses are also evaluated in terms of pedestrian’s comfort during use structures and analyzed for what groups of pedestrians are criteria still met and for which it is necessary to consider about use of devices to reduce vibration. Possible applications and design process of the vibration dampers are shown on different configurations on the bridges.
Descriptive set properties of collections of exceptional sets in Harmonic analysis
Kovařík, Vojtěch ; Vlasák, Václav (advisor) ; Zelený, Miroslav (referee)
We study families of small sets which appear in Harmonic analysis. We focus on the systems H(N) , N ∈ N, U and U0. In particular we compare their sizes via comparing the polars of these classes, i.e. the families of measures annihilating all sets from given class. Lyons showed that in this sense, the family N∈N H(N) is smaller than U0. The main goal of this thesis is the study of the question whether this also holds when the system U0 is replaced by the much smaller system U. To this end we define a new system H(∞) and systems of sets of type N where N ∈ N∪{∞}. We then prove some of their properties, which might be useful in solving the studied question. 1
Flat Plates Vibrations
Zajac, Roman ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on vibration of the planar plates. It includes the computational and experimental approaches used to determine the mode shapes and frequencies (eigenvalues) of planar plates. This paper compares the analytical, numerical and experimental results of the modal analysis specifically the free-standing rectangular planar plate. The work also encompasses forced oscillation with harmonious excitement as a continuation of the obtained results from modal analysis.
An assessment of a bridge construction on a dynamic load
Součková, Markéta ; Kala, Jiří (referee) ; Salajka, Vlastislav (advisor)
Diploma thesis deas with static and dynamic analysis of a steel arch footbridge. The footbridge structure 3D model was created in program ANSYS 12.1 and afterwards were made static and modal analysis on this computational model. Based on the results of~modal analysis was applied to design of dynamic wind loading on the model according to norms ČSN EN. The effects of this burden has been calculated steady response at resonance from harmonic analysis according to ČSN P EN 1991-2-4. To report according to ČSN EN 1991-1-4 was designed substitute quasistatic forces corresponding loads of wind on the construction and for evaluation was used static analysis.
Effect of the bearing shields stiffness and balance quality on synchronous generator vibration
Čepica, Vojtěch ; Hůlka, Jiří (referee) ; Lošák, Petr (advisor)
The main focus of my master thesis is the assessment of effects of the bearing shields stiffness and balance quality on synchronous generator vibration. The incentive of writing the thesis is the problematic situation, which is characterized by synchronous generator vibration. The aim of my thesis is to variate shields stiffness and to find out the dependence of vibration on stiffness during nominal speed. I have used the program ANSYS based on finite element method to solve this problem.
An assessment of a wooden bridge construction on a dynamic load
Skorunka, Ondřej ; Kala, Jiří (referee) ; Salajka, Vlastislav (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with static and dynamic analysis of a wooden arch footbridge. The computational model of the structure was created in ANSYS 15. Dynamic forces from wind and horses were applied to the model based on the modal analysis. The effects of these forces at resonance were evaluated by harmonic analysis.
Characterisation of the Physical Chemical Processes Using the Fractal and Harmonic Analysis
Strength Analysis of Alternator Body
Kratochvíl, Petr ; Vopařil, Jan (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
In this diploma thesis is theoretically described and then practically performed stress analysis of alternator body, which in terms of traffic racing car often passes into disrepair. It is used reverse engineering method. The real part is converted to digital model and analysed using FEM calculation. Incoming data for FEM are obtained by experimental measurement on the car.
Determination of Turbocharger Rotor Dynamic Properties
Blaha, Adam ; Zubík, Martin (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with dynamic behaviour of a turbocharger rotor. The subject is a stock turbocharger for commercial vehicles. The research will be mentioned in the first part of the thesis as well as methods of processing. The second, practical part is divided into two divisions. They are both experimental and computational. The aim is finding of rotordynamic behaviour by an experiment and its comparing with a computational model in ANSYS software. Modal and harmonic analysis of a free and fixed subject will be used by both experiment and evaluation. The subject will be fixed where bearings are located during harmonic analysis. All the experimental results will be processed with mathematical and physical methods like FFT analysis or Campbel diagram. There will be two main types of computational models to choose among. These models will be analyzed in detail. The goal of the thesis is to reach results from ANSYS as close as possible with the experimental testing. This includes finding correct material and physical properties, right choice of mesh and right boundary conditions. At the same time the CPU time compared to the model complexity and results accuracy will be considered in a comparison with data obtained by the experiment.
