Innovation of built-up crankshaft for minibike engines
Doležal, Lukáš ; Mazůrek, Ivan (referee) ; Hanuš, Stanislav (advisor)
The present diploma thesis deals with innovation of built-up crankshaft of Blata minibikes. Minibike is the type of a small two-stroke motorcycle equipped with an internal combustion engine of the volume 40 or 50 cm3. The machine is designed for racing circuits; not only for young riders but also for seniors. The innovation is in the design and verification of pressed connections in the imposition of major pins in the arms of the crankshaft. Pressed connections are designed on the basis of the analysis of force interaction on the crankshaft at maximum revolutions. The proposed solutions are verified by FEM calculations. Based on the results, the best option is selected. For the selected option, the impact of force interaction at maximum machine performance is studied. Finally, on the basis of these facts, designing, technological and economic analysis of feasibility of new production technology is carried out.
Design of cutter head with Harmonic-Drive application
Tkadlec, Dušan ; Dosedla, Michal (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This master´s work deal with design two axis cutter head with possible variants drive of axis. The part of this work is also technical– economics valuation of single variants, calculation torque and force from motor head and design taking head in two axis. Cutter head should be applicated to boring and cutting headstock given to type with posibility of adaptive exchenges spindle.
Torsion of beams with a non-circular cross-section
Hablák, Ján ; Majer, Zdeněk (referee) ; Profant, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of torsion of prismatic bar with a non-circular cross-section, its model in various software, calculation and comparison of real measurements with calculated values. The aim of the work is to get acquainted with the basic theoretical knowledge, which will subsequently be applied in the modeling and calculation of specific closed profiles. Individual results are compared in the thesis. Basic concepts and knowledge are explained in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the calculation of individual cross-sections and practical measurement.
Experimental identification of parameters for the task of door opening using manipulator
Mikulič, Tomáš ; Krejčí, Petr (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a measuring chain for experimental measurement of the torque. This measurement chain will be used to conduct a set of measurements on a representative sample of doors of different ages and sizes. Also, these doors will be fitted with different types of handles to assure versatility of the results. The measured data will be statistically evaluated for further use.
Collection of solved problems from statics
ŠIMANOVÁ, Petra
The thesis is intended as a brief textbook for the subject Technical Mechanics I taught at the Faculty of Education, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. It includes the following topics: force and its torque, investigation of a system of forces acted in the same point of application, determination of resultant of two forces applied at different points, investigation of a general system of multiple plane forces, force equilibrium in simple technical applications, namely levers and beams. The theory is supported by examples with commented solution, in most cases both numerical and graphical. The work can be used by the teachers of the subject in lessons preparation as well as by students in self-education or in preparation for various exams or tests.
Torque and Flow Field Optical Measurements of The Single Blade Under Stall Flutter
Procházka, Pavel P. ; Uruba, Václav ; Šnábl, Pavel
The single blade NACA0010 was exposed to the incoming flow inside a channel with rectangular cross-section. The blade was investigated for three different working regimes. The first configuration was for fixed blade. The second regime was for fluttering blade due to flow instabilities and the last one was performed for blade under force excitation. The flow field was measured using Particle Image Velocimetry. A force transducer and a small rotary encoder were used to evaluate the force ratios.
Modification of a motorcycle spark ignition engine
Poulíček, Matěj ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This diploma thesis is about possible modifications of four-stroke motorcycle petrol engines for increasing power. It also deals with the modification of the Aprilia Leonardo 250 engine from a 2-valve variant to a 4-valve variant, the simulation of this engine and the proposed solution in the GT SUITE. Attention is also paid to the strength control of the crank mechanism of the engine.
Autonomous traction vehicle of a type AGV
Brauner, Jiří ; Urbánek, Michal (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of an autonomous traction vehicle of a type AGV, used to purvey material flow. The first part of the thesis contains a research on the autonomous trucks with similar concepts offered on the market. The second part contains the description of the design of the prototype truck. It includes the selection of the guiding and safety components as well as the design of the traction drive and the traction battery. Finally, a frame design with force calculation of the selected node is performed.
Rotary part produced on CNC machine
Ratica, Filip ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The diploma thesis contains an overview of the development of numerical control of machine tools and a historical excursion of the beginnings of numerical control. The work deals with the design and presentation of the component, and then the calculation documentation used to determine the load and safety of the component. After computational and design analysis, the work deals with the design of component production on CNC machines and the technological process of production. Finally, the production of the part is documented and evaluated.
Analysis of specific systems of bodies with neutral bonds
Grúz, Jan ; Hájek, Petr (referee) ; Majer, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with analytical and graphical solution of three specific systems of bodies that are in static equilibrium. These systems of bodies contain neutral bonds. The opening part dedicates to theory and principles of solution of contact forces in bonds, which are further used for calculations and graphical solutions. The first system of bodies is a demonstrative tappet mechanism which was created for demonstration of some methods of graphical solution. The second system is inspired by lifting mechanisms in production lines. The aim is to find out the magnitude of contact forces for different positions of the lifted weight and a minimal torque of the propulsion. For solving the third system of bodies, principles of statics and hydrostatics are used. The aim is to find out the minimal magnitude of force for activating the mechanism. All systems of equations are solved in Matlab.
