Comparative study of coordination in 7 to 9 years old children

Title: Comparative study coordination skills in children from 7- 9 years Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determine whether development of coordination capacity occurs within ordinary physical education hours, or if it is more effective to apply coordination training within physical education, or attend the general preparation of the youngest hockey players who have two times per week training of ice hockey and extra hours of physical education in primary education. Metods: The study consists of n=60 students from the elementary school. We evaluated coordination abilities within three months period. Testing was carried out during physical education classes. Results: Statistically significant change in coordination abilities was detected in children who attended physical education classes where coordination training was applied. Coordination of social security systems on the EU level

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the coordination of social security systems on the EU level. The thesis firstly deals with the European union itself, its historical development and present form. Further, the thesis is concerned with the rudimentary partition of the EU law and competences, including the areas of their effect and the basic legislation of the social area in the EU treaties. In the second part, the thesis pursues the means of coordination, onto which people and under what circumstances can the coordination rules be applied. Furthermore, the fundamental principles of coordination are going to be introduced and explained in this part, as well as the Regulations themselves and the general application of coordination rules on different social benefits. The third chapter focuses on the European Court of Justice and the definition of its structure and tasks within the EU and moreover the analysis of individual judgements of ECJ related to social security coordination.
Collaboration/cooperation support in Office 365 Enterprise E3

The goal of this work is to analyze whether Office 365 Enterprise E3 supports collaboration/cooperation and its management. This goal is achieved in several interconnected steps. The first chapter of this work introduces the topic of collaboration/cooperation and presents the reader with relevant sources which deal with this topic. Integral part of the first chapter is also a brief introduction of the environment Office 365 Enterprise E3. The next chapter examines in detail the collaboration/cooperation process, its components, and their characteristics. Afterwards collaboration/cooperation is studied in the context of information technologies. This chapter explains how IT resources support the process of collaboration/cooperation and what requirements they must satisfy. The goal of this work is to describe in what way Office 365 Enterprise E3 meets these requirements and evaluate to what extent is satisfies them. For this reason, is the compliance with these requirements evaluated quantitatively on simple nominal scale. This evaluation is supplemented with qualitative evaluation based on author´s practical experience with this environment. The result of this work is the degree to what extent this environment supports collaboration/cooperation and its management. This work could be beneficial to managers and supervisors in organizations with any specialization and size, who are looking for suitable means to effectively support collaboration/cooperation within their organizations through information technologies. This work explains the topic of collaboration/cooperation and represents a brief introduction to Office 365 Enterprise E3.

Basketball conditioning training workout

Title: Basketball conditioning training workout Objectives: The aim of this thesis is based on a survey to determine importance of fitness training in basketball, whether basketball players are using service of a conditioning coach or not, frequency, focus on fitness, equipment, additional sports etc. Methods: Data needed to process this thesis came out of a non-standardized anonymous questionnaire, which was created for professional basketball players and players of different performance levels. The reason is a opinion comparison of players of different skill levels. After obtaining the necessary data I evaluate the general characteristics and selected indicators. Results: The results of the thesis is confirmed by the survey (n = 55 male respondents). Fitness trainer representation is at more than 80% responces. Almost all respondents follow some kind of a fitness training plan, either directly led by a fitness trainer or a basketball coach. Title: Fitness preparation of younger boys in tenis Objectives: The aim of this work is to assess fitness preparation of young tenis players in years 11 - 14 and than find out their level of motor assumptions. Methods: In this work I used a method of testing, observation, interwiev with a trainer and comparative analysis. Results: I found out that players who regularly train fitness training significantly improved compared to those who don't have fitness training in their training mode. Title: Velocity and agility skills in football. Objectives: The aim of the study was to evaluate the velocity of movement of players due to the change in direction. Assessment of the direction changes when moving to a successful test result. Mutual comparison of the decelaration and acceleration at a given distance. Methods: Measured group consisted of 15 players with these athropometric values (age = 17-18 years, height = 178 ± 4.58 cm, weight = 72 ± 2.35 kg). Players completed the warm-up prior to testing (activation stretching, stretching, warm up and subsequent motion game). Measured tested portion was 5m, followed by turning on the predefined leg and running backwards to the photocell gate. Each player completed 2 attemps on the right and 2 attemps on the left leg. Method for evaluating the kinematics used 2D video analysis. For video processing software was used Virtual Dub 1.4 (VirtualDub.org) cut processing records mileage and kinetic analysis was performed using software, Bio TEMA (ImageSystems Ltd., Sweden). Results: The results are as follows : third player had the fastest time in all attempted turns 5,76 m/s. The best result turning on the left had the twelve player who reached 5,54 m/s. Title: Fitness training in basketball Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to summarize and organize the knowledge about fitness training of basketball players and furthermore to classify the development of individual fitness abilities within the yearly training cycle. Methods: This work is done in the form of a literature review using the method of relevant literature sources analysis. Results: This thesis deals with aspects of fitness preparation, where basketball players focus themselves on the development of speed-force abilities, which are decisive for the performance of players. A chapter concerning the need for individualization of trainings is included for the scope of increasing fitness effectiveness preparation.
