Nakupování přes internet je dnes již docela obvyklým způsobem pořízení potřebného zboží a v současné informační době nabývá stále větší obliby. Podle statistiky informačních a komunikačních technologií počet domácností vybavených počítačem stále stoupá. S rozvojem komunikačních technologií však již počítač není jediným přístupovým bodem na internet. Stále populárnější se stávají tablety a chytré telefony, s jejichž pomocí se lze nejen pohybovat na internetu, ale i nakupovat a platit zboží bez přímého kontaktu s obchodníkem.

Internet Trading in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis focuses on online shopping in the Czech Republic. The literary research defines basic terms, including Internet, e-commerce, Internet commerce, Internet marketing, also includes legislation in this sector. Furthermore are mentioned assumptions for success an online store, the content of websites and search engine optimization. The practical part of bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the original condition of surveyed e-shop Spotřebiče s.r.o., in terms of website traffic, accessibility and usability. There is also evaluated promotion of company on the Internet. Another part is based on found flaws and includes suggestions for a new business strategy for improving the online store. The suggestions consists of new graphical solution of website for improving the usability and advertising campaign to increase sales.

Several approaches of methodology will be used to support the analysis, such as data mining analysis of a shopping basket integrated within e-commerce website. The economic benefits of the final optimisation solutions will be assessed and the recommendations will be set out.

It also describes the specifics of trading on the Internet, comparing it to trading in the street stores, disassemble various target groups and targeting opportunities in advertising campaigns. The work also shows the problems of communication quality, clarity and speed of delivery of goods ordered.

The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of the optimal strategy for electronic commerce (e-Commerce). The primary goal is optimal methodology to achieve succesfull and economicaly profitable e-Commerce. The key aspect for succesfull e-Commerce on the market is choosing of proper strategy. Thesis contains analysis of the nowadays condition and problems related to the e-Commerce. Technological options of installing of these systems to companies are also evaluated as well as the size of costs, which are necessary to start and maintain e-Commerce. The practical part of this thesis aims to the real example of e-Commerce in company named Gronka - Prodej, spol. s.r.o. The main problems and shortcomings are analysed and evaluated. Based on analysis of relevant data the solutions of the problematical parts and improvings for e-Commerce in this company are suggested.
