Digitalization of ultra-light plane fuselage for production of accurate mould
Véle, Filip ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor)
This work describes digitalization and creation of ultralight aircraft 3D model in order to create accurate moulds for fuselage lamination. Right choice of technology is based on background research. Designed procedures are described in detail as well as used equipment, hardware and software. Objective of this project is application of available methods of digitalization to create 3D aircraft model and its usage for accurate mould design.
Study of the Concept of Changes in the Production Process Based on Approaches to Possible Digitization
Horák, Roman ; Ing. Ivo lána, Ph.D (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The diploma thesis describes the current situation in the company in terms of digitization and automation of the production process and then presents a proposal for measures and improvements that respect the principles of lean manufacturing and aim to help competitiveness and achieve strategic goals of the company. Part of the work is also to define the conditions necessary for the implementation of these measures and benefits of the measures.
Digitization of data for non-conforming pieces (NOK) in the company
Ježek, Jiří ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Maradová, Karla (advisor)
The Masters thesis is focused on the digitalization of data for non-conforming pieces with NOK status made on assembly line. It is mainly about designing a solution that will help to eliminate the nowadays outdated analogue methods. For the choice of digitization, two methods of solution implementation will be proposed in the thesis along with the method of data reporting. These streamlining will consequently lead to not only time but also economic savings for the company. The thesis concludes with recommendations for further development and economic evaluation.
Sample preparation for tensile test from a form-complex part using Reverse Engineering and CAD/CAM systems
Okřina, Lukáš ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
The Master's thesis deals with the proposition of a suitable methodology to produce test specimens intended for tensile testing. Considering the irregular geometries of the parts and deformations in previous tests, reverse engineering was used to obtain a CAD model that was used to control dimensions and create a machining strategy. This thesis also includes an analysis of current technologies in the field of reverse engineering.
Application of modern methods for production of mobile phone storage stand
Tesař, Jaroslav ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The thesis was made as a bachelor’s project on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. In the theoretical part methods of Reverse Engineering were described. The principle of the following technology, the Rapid Prototyping, was also explained and the summary of advantages and disadvantages and use in technical practice for the most important methods was made. In the experimental part of the thesis the modern methods were applied for manufacturing a cell phone holder. By this the possibility of these technologies to work with complexly shaped models was verified. The casting to a silicon form was used as the alternative method of manufacturing. The summary of possibilities of manufacturing with these technologies and technical and economical evaluation were made in the end of the thesis.
Digitalization of control of lyofilisation process
Richter, Mojmír ; Zatloukal, Miroslav (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
The present work deals with the technological process lyophilization. The work is aimed at optimizing the management of temperature and pressure during the process.
Central Mailroom Services Optimization
Běhounková, Jitka ; Koudelka, Antoní (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis is a business case of a company that focuses on technical solution and specification of a process optimalization of incoming consignments and other kind of incoming documents processing. The objective of the thesis is considering all „pros and cons“ in order to be recommended either to go or not to go of the project.
Implementation of Production Preparation Automation using Advanced Technologies
Slechan, Martin ; Novotný, Rostislav (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The diploma thesis dealt with proposals to optimize the work with two programs by introducing a data bridge and proposals to increase automation and digitalization based on technological trends. The theoretical definition of the problem is followed by an analysis of the current state of the art. This is followed by the actual design part, where lists of possible options, various comparisons, impacts on the company after implementation and possible advantages or disadvantages were discussed. Subsequently, it was evaluated which option is the most optimal, how much it will cost, what it can save and from the selected options, recommendations or rejection of optimization proposals were made.
Geometry Correction of a Prototype Part using the Reverse Engineering Technology
Smejkal, Martin ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis summarises some modern engineering technologies, namely Reversed Engineering, Rapid Prototyping and Soft-tooling. The Theory chapter describes the mentioned technologies in details and an extra attention is paid to those used in the Experimental chapter. The Experimental chapter summarises steps involved in a prototype part manufacturing. Specifically, in this thesis the method of Reversed Engineering includes 3D scanning followed by smoothing and adjusting of the obtained point cloud in the GOM Inspect V8 software. The final 3D CAD model is obtained in the Catia software. For the Rapid Prototyping the 3D CAD model was 3D printed using the FDM technology. The obtained 3D printed master model was used to prepare a silicone mould that was subsequently used to create an identical part by the method of Soft-tooling. The original part and parts obtained by 3D printing and moulding were compared in the GOM Inspect V8 software by the method of Surface Analysis.
Application of Modern Technologies on Production Concept of 3D Face Model
Obytová, Eliška ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with realization of 3D face model using modern methods, including Reverse Engineering and Rapid Prototyping. The bachelor thesis explains in detail the basic concepts that are important for the understanding of the issue. In the practical part, the bachelor thesis describes in detail the process by which the face was made. Readers familiarize with the process of face digitization, scanning and subsequent printing on the uPrint 3D printer.
