Diplomová práce popisuje současnou situaci v podniku z hlediska digitalizace a automatizace výrobního procesu a následně předkládá návrh opatření a zlepšení, která respektují zásady štíhlé výroby a mají za úkol napomáhat konkurenceschopnosti a dosahování strategických cílů podniku. Součástí práce je také definování podmínek nezbytných pro realizaci těchto opatření a přínosů daných opatření The diploma thesis describes the current situation in the company in terms of digitization and automation of the production process and then presents a proposal for measures and improvements that respect the principles of lean manufacturing and aim to help competitiveness and achieve strategic goals of the company. Part of the work is also to define the conditions necessary for the implementation of these measures and benefits of the measures.
