Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na technické řešení a popis optimalizace procesů zpracování příchozích poštovních zásilek a příchozí písemné komunikace do konkrétní obchodní společnosti, a to formou obchodního plánu. Záměrem práce je předložit veškerá „pro a proti“ daného projektu a doporučit, nebo zamítnout jeho uvedení do praxe. The diploma thesis is a business case of a company that focuses on technical solution and specification of a process optimalization of incoming consignments and other kind of incoming documents processing. The objective of the thesis is considering all „pros and cons“ in order to be recommended either to go or not to go of the project.
