This thesis solves the desing documentation for implementation of kidsgarden. The land is situated in the village Kramolna. Land is oriented to the southwest. The kidsgarden is detached as two-store building without basement. In kidsgarden there are designed three departments for children´s stay and multipurpose hall. The total projected number of children is 60. The building is founded on footings and covered with a flat roof. The building project is completed in accordance with layout, architecture and structural design and safety in use.

This master's thesis "Valuation of Damages to Building Structures" deals with valuation of defects and damages to buildings. It describes and explains what a damage and a defect are and how they are defined and valuated. The defects and damages are defined and practically valuated on a sample building. Overall interpretation is performed in the conclusion of the thesis.

It contains an overview study for the proposal of the electrical installation the building determined for Integrated Rescue System. The part of work are normative materials for performance of the electrical installations with regard to the specific operating conditions and the backup of power supplies.

Comparison of methods for valuation of buildings in the Czech Republic and Russia

There is a close cooperation between Russia and the Czech Republic. Trade takes place in construction industry both with the supplies of investments as well as in other areas and activities. It is quite clear, that the experts need to understand the rules of pricing in construction industry in the respective countries. Apparently, methods of valuation of building projects in Russia and Czech Republic need to be compared. Thesis tackles the problems of life-cycle of construction projects and valuation of buildings in Russia and the Czech Republic. Problems under construction have been analyzed. Dissertation explains the questions of methodology and valuation procedures, and with this related legislation, sorting systems, normative documents. The problem of calculating of unit prices of construction work has been explained. Theoretical part is complemented practical examples of comparison of building estimation in Russian and Czech estimating system. The main result of the work is the comparison of methods for valuation of buildings in Czech Republic and Russia in construction projects. The assessments of methods for valuation of buildings in these countries and their comparison with the selected criteria have been made.

Thesis theme is Prices buildings in the landscape engineering projects. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the concepts that appear in the practical part. In the second part is illustrated in the example shown computation overhead, comparing several types of prices that were created using a decoupling of the program, and create cards budgetary indicators for the catalog cost indicators of common facilities landscaping.

The subject of my master's thesis is elaboration of construction technological project of research building in Uherské Hradiště. This building is actually outbuilding to existing manufactoring plant. The work includes solution of transport rotues and supplying construction site by main construction sources, project of site facilities, mechanization proposal and scheduling. A part of the work is new design of foundation structure and appropriate technological prescriptions and control plan to this because of missing some informations in procurement project.

The aim of this master’s thesis is comparing prices of building materials wi-thin the building structure in Czech Republic with prices in Poland. The first, theo-retical, part describes differences among the construction classifications and pri-ces. At the end of this theoretical part is written about price calculation of building materials. Specifically about creations of that calculations and comparing between Poland and Czech Republic. The second part is concentrated on created budget and mainly on his bill of materials. Thesis "Price of construction according to future user point of view" is focused on the user's possibilities of the influence of the building value associated with the leife cycle. In the thesis explains what is facility management and what is it regarded to and life cycle of the building. On the example of building a house techniques are utilized facility management. Designed there are four deigned variants for which are calculated itemized budgets, the energy consumption of the building and other cost of life cycle of the building. At the end of thw work there are these variants compared and the result implies which one is the most suitable for a future user.

The aim of this thesis is to become familiar with the prices that occur in the construction industry, as well as how the price is determined for buildings through the use of computer technology. The basic principles, practices and concepts pricing buildings are defined in the theoretical section, which introduces two specialized programs. In the practical part, these methods are then applied to real buildings. Building object is a storage hall in Brno.
