The bachelor's thesis monitors and compares the costs of repairs and maintenance of tractors in different performance classes using statistical methods. The thesis mentions the history, basic division and parts of tractors. The monitored tractors are divided into four performance groups. For tractors, basic information is listed, as well as the costs of periodic maintenance and repairs. The bachelor's thesis compares the costs of repairs and maintenance of Zetor, John Deere and Fendt tractors.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to compare two models of CASE tractors with regard to repair and maintenance costs. The document consists of two parts, Theoretical one and practical one. The objective is to analyse the aspects of repairs and maintenance, so the theoretical part describes the various components of a tractor. The practical part focuses on a comparison of these two models from the perspective of the costs of repairs and maintenance. These costs are then converted into operating hours, according to the formulas provided in the methodology, and finally these values are illustrated in a graph.

Diagnostics of the construction and technical condition of the granary building

The bachelor's thesis deals with the diagnostics of the historic granary building and the conceptual design of the reconstruction for further use. The thesis focuses on the history of similar buildings especially in the Czech lands and on the historical development of the building. The practical part of the thesis denies the course and results of the preliminary inspection of the structure and the failures found which are further addressed in more detail in terms of their nature. The presumed reason for the occurrence of failures the state of failures their influence on the construction and an outline of the risk analysis resulting from the failures are determined. Furthermore, a proposal for a methodology of detailed object diagnostics is based on the results of a preliminary inspection. According to the information about the object found during the diagnostics two ideological proposals for further possible use of the object are processed, including the necessary construction modifications.

Rehabilitation of sewer networks and sewer connections

This bachelor thesis is about approaching the possibility of rehabilitation of the sewer network and sewer connections. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes the basic division of the most used methods for rehabilitation, repair and renovation of sewer network. In the second part, the acquired knowledge is applied to the rehabilitation of a part of the sewer network in Znojmo, Rumunská - Slovenská street. Two methods of rehabilitation (CIPP lining, open excavation) were selected for the site. An economic comparison was made for these methods.

Repair and modernization of a three-room apartment in a tenement house from 1933

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of a current state of a flat and subsequently its economical repair and modernization. The aim of the thesis is to refurbish the flat in such a way that it meets the requirement of current standard of living and at the same time it is suitable for rent. Other costs will be taken into consideration and subsequently I will calculate the expected payback period. Lastly, I will evaluate whether it is worthy to realize the suggested improvements in practice.

Regeneration of heart muscle in vertebrates

Fish model organisms such a Danio rerio have the ability to regenerate heart muscle during its whole lifespan. Compared to Danio rerio, the ability of heart regeneration differs in amphibians. While the newt has the ability to regenerate its heart tissue throughout its whole life, the Xenopus leavis loses its power when it goes through metamorphosis. The regenerative ability varies not only between genera but also between species. For example compared to Xenopus leavis, Xenopus tropicalis has the ability to regenerate its heart tissue even in adulthood. Mammals have a very limited ability to regenerate their heart muscle. We can observe the ability to regenerate heart after injury in mice and humans for a very limited time of a few days after birth. In adulhood the heart is healed via rich collagen scar. It is vital that signaling pathways in highly regenerative model organisms are intensively studied, so that the knowledge gained may help us in the treatment of heart injuries in humans. We can observe the ability to reverse heart damage in mice and humans for a very limited time of a few days after they are born. In adulhood they repair the heart muscle and the rich collagen scar is formed. It is vital that signaling pathways in regeneration of model organisms is researched further, so that the knowledge gained may help us in the treatment of heart injuries in humans. Cost Analysis of Repairs and Maintenance of an Apartment Building in Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis will be to create a plan for maintenance and repairs of the building on the street of the brothers Čapků in Brno. The first part will describe the individual concepts dealing with the life of individual structural elements, maintenance and repair and revisions of dedicated technical equipment. The second part will be focused on practice. A plan for maintenance and repairs of the building structures and a plan for revisions and inspections on the dedicated technical equipment will be prepared for the given building. The proposed plan will be designed to spread the funds over the whole period considered.

Suggestion of the manufacturing technology of a fastener for plastic molding

The diploma thesis convey the information about the creation of technological procedures leading to the optimal way of repairing damaged parts of the fixture and creating production procedures for the production of new parts of the assembly. The theoretical part is focused on the analysis of the issue, determination of material of damaged parts for future production and designed semi-finished product. Furthermore, the technology of production from the point of view of used technologies is discussed. This includes a description of the tool materials. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the design of technological procedures for repairing damaged parts, which must be repaired as soon as possible. For the future production of new parts, the second half of the practical part includes the manufacturing processes including their description. There are evaluated variants of repair and production of new parts at the end of the thesis.
