Předmětem této diplomové práce je posouzení stávajícího stavu bytu a následně ekonomický návrh jeho oprav a modernizace. Cílem návrhu je vylepšit stav bytu tak, aby splňoval požadavky na dnešní moderní bydlení a zároveň byl vhodný k pronájmu. V další části se budu zabývat stanovením ideální výše nájemného. Poté zohledním další náklady související s bytem a spočítám předpokládanou dobu návratnosti investice. Nakonec vyhodnotím, jestli jsou navržené opravy a modernizace vhodné k realizaci v praxi. This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of a current state of a flat and subsequently its economical repair and modernization. The aim of the thesis is to refurbish the flat in such a way that it meets the requirement of current standard of living and at the same time it is suitable for rent. Other costs will be taken into consideration and subsequently I will calculate the expected payback period. Lastly, I will evaluate whether it is worthy to realize the suggested improvements in practice.
