Bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostiku objektu historické sýpky a ideový návrh rekonstrukce pro další využití. Práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na historii podobných objektů zejména v Českých zemích a dále na historický vývoj objektu samotného. V praktické části je poprán průběh a výsledky předběžné prohlídky objektu a nalezené poruchy, které jsou dále podrobněji řešeny co do jejich povahy. Je určen předpokládaný důvod vzniku poruch, stav poruch, jejich vliv na konstrukci a nastínění analýzy rizik z poruch plynoucích. Dále je zpracován návrh metodiky podrobné diagnostiky objektu, vycházející z výsledků předběžné prohlídky. Podle informací o objektu zjištěných při diagnostice jsou zpracovány dva ideové návrhy dalšího možného využití objektu včetně nutných stavebních úprav. The bachelor's thesis deals with the diagnostics of the historic granary building and the conceptual design of the reconstruction for further use. The thesis focuses on the history of similar buildings especially in the Czech lands and on the historical development of the building. The practical part of the thesis denies the course and results of the preliminary inspection of the structure and the failures found which are further addressed in more detail in terms of their nature. The presumed reason for the occurrence of failures the state of failures their influence on the construction and an outline of the risk analysis resulting from the failures are determined. Furthermore, a proposal for a methodology of detailed object diagnostics is based on the results of a preliminary inspection. According to the information about the object found during the diagnostics two ideological proposals for further possible use of the object are processed, including the necessary construction modifications.
