The object of this thesis is to focus on the major influences of vehicle saleability in Czech Republic in terms of the most important criteria, such as price, fuel consumption, colour etc. Part of the work will be arranged questionnaires. The survey indicates desirability of cars back for the last five years. This creates sales trend with a hint of future development.

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing marketing mix of the company Dalešické cukráštví. The theoretical part speaks about basic concepts of marketing, marketing mix itself and his tools and differences in marketing mix between the company doing business in services and and the company outside of them. Analytical part introduces us the concrete chosen company, analysis of its marketing environment and marketing mix. Among solutions there are proposals to improve marketing mix of this particular company to gain more profit out of it and improve its functioning.
Assessment of the influence of material composition of new buildings on their market price and the price of existing properties in the locality

The submitted thesis focuses on establishing the extent of influence of material composition of selected segment of real estates (units) on their market price and price of the existing properties in the locality, including reasoning and experimental validation of market value (or market price) assessment methodology of the given property. It is indisputable that there are many subjective opinions and views of each individual assessor (of expert opinion) entering into the process of property assessment. Therefore it is necessary to “standardise” or rather unify, if possible, at least some input data in a way most likely preventing disproportions that are still a part of expert practise nowadays. The influence of material composition on the value (price) of the property, as for the relation to unit size, its locality and also its age and technical condition, is within this thesis verified first of all in computational phase of the assessment of the specific unit, when it in principle shows possible inaccuracy in assessing the final price of property, which should be avoided by a proper expert assessment. Practical impact and use of the influence of material composition is applied within the comparative method as one of several assessment methods that can be employed in establishing (assessment) of market value of the property.

Determination of variant price for public construction contract

This master thesis deals with the determination of the variant prices for the public construction contract. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part analyses prices, construction contracts and budgets in general. Public construction contract for the residential building in Štěpánov was selected for this thesis. In the practical part the construction contract and the supplier company are briefly described. The price of the construction contract is analysed in the price analysis, where the budgets of the contracting authority and the selected supplier are compared. Based on this analysis, alternatives of material usage are suggested. At the end of the thesis the overall economic evaluation is carried out and the variant price of the contract is determined.
Evaluation of the Impact of Town and Country Planning on the Land Prices in the Zlín Region

Lands are selected in non-structural locations and locations designed to be constructed at selected stages of landscape planning. Based on gained results was made a comparison of how can be the administrative and current price affected by various stages of landscape planning. I assessed what causes this difference and also how is the price affected in case of networking.

The practical parts shows my suggestions for improvements, which are created from the acquired imformation from previous chapters.
