Remuneration of employees in the organization

The aim of the thesis is a theoretical definition of the concept of pay system, payroll system structure and employee benefits. Than, it's analysis and evaluation of the functionality of this system in selected company, which is Hochtief, which deals with the construction. This system is described and compared with the market. The analytical part deals with three mainpoints, namely the wage system of organization and benefit system. The second point is questioning in the company concerning remuneration and the third point is the comparison of the market in terms of wage relations, unemployment and building production. The company has an average wage level, and has a well-structured and composed wage, provides a wide variety of benefits, in the eyes of employees is taken as valued employer and in comparison with the competition is above the average
Motivation of employees of a small organization

This thesis is concerned with motivation and satisfaction of employees of one company in Prague. The theory is mainly focused on the explanation of motivation and stimulation, labour motivation and employee benefits. The point of the practical part is an analysis of the motivation system and employee satisfaction in the company. The resulting information is explicated. For the parts with the worst findings, some recommendations for improving the present motivation system are suggested.

This Master's thesis is focused on care of employees in the company Rocktech, Ltd. The aim of my study was to find out whether the care of emplyees in this company is sufficient or not. For the identified deficiencies there have been proposed optimal solution. The level of care of employees in this company was assessed by survey, concretely by questionnaire and interviews with employees. At the end of the study the evaluation of the results was done as well as the proposal of recommandations to improve the actual situation.
Employee Benefits: Implementation of a Cafeteria System in the Selected Company

The aim of this diploma thesis is implementation of a cafeteria system in the examined company. The proposal was based on the analysis of the cafeteria system, and analysis of the possibility of implementation of a cafeteria system cost and effectiveness. The final proposal was prepared using information from own research, consisting of personal interviews and survey. The first part of this diploma thesis is devoted to the theoretical summary of employee benefits, their basic structure and description of the cafeteria system. In the second part, the examined company with its current range of benefits is introduced, as well as the results of own research and practical functionality of an on-line cafeteria system application mojeBenefity.cz. The last chapter is devoted to the final proposal of the cafeteria system in the examined company, using the results of research and other valuable information.
Satisfaction employee analysis

Employees are an indispensable part of any company. It can be seen from the declining importance of material assets and growing value of knowledge assets, representing the intellectual capital. Because workers as carriers of knowledge are becoming an important factor for competitiveness, the company management must carefully look after them and ensure a quality working environment. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the real situation and suggest possible changes that could help improve the satisfaction of workers. Therefore, I will first give the theoretical background of employee satisfaction. In the practical part I will describe the advantages and disadvantages of real business and propose solutions to the problems.
Remuneration System in a chosen Firm

This diploma thesis analyzes the system of remuneration in a chosen company. It focused on the incentives for desired performance, the merit pay and employee benefits. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the forms of reward and motivation. The practical part, based on the theoretical knowledge, analyzes the current state of pay in a chosen company. Finally, it analyzed the pay system compared with the theoretical findings and results of the survey. Following such recommendations are proposed, which should help to improve the current system of remuneration.

The graduation thesis deals with the topic employee benefits in the Czech Republic. It focuses more closely on the most frequent ones (meal allowances, using a company car for private purposes, life and pension insurance, education of the employees, beverages and refreshment provided to the employees or gifts). Furthermore it analyses a current trend in providing employee benefits with regard to the financial crisis, it outlines a mathematical solution of the employee benefits and a view of relevant legal enactment.
The impact of employee benefits on the overall tax burden in the years 2007 - 2009

The Bachelor thesis analyzes the impact of the legislative changes in employee benefits. The sphere of employee benefits was significantly affected by the income taxes reform carried out in 2008. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the different definition of the salary income during the years 2007 - 2009. In the second part of the thesis is described the most commonly provided employee benefits in the Czech Republic, their characteristics and impact on the tax base for calculation the corporate income tax, individual income tax and the payment of social security and health insurance. The third chapter analyzes the total labour costs, net income and value of employee benefits of the analyzed company and comparison of these values in individual years.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of the employee benefits in this particular company and the possible impact of the crisis on their employee benefits. In the end is a short questionnaire that is intended to ascertain the satisfaction of employees in Albi Česká republika a.s. with provided benefits.
