Cílem diplomové práce je vymezení teoretického konceptu systému odměňování, mzdového systému organizace a systému zaměstnaneckých výhod. Poté analýza a také zhodnocení funkčnosti tohoto systému ve vybrané společnosti, kterou je Hochtief a.s. a která se zabývá stavebnictvím. Dále je tento systém popisován a srovnáván s trhem. Analytická část se zaobírá třemi hlavními body, jimiž jsou mzdový systém organizace a systém benefitů. Druhým bodem je dotazování ve společnosti v otázce odměňování a třetím bodem je srovnání společnosti s trhem z hlediska mzdových relací, nezaměstnanosti a stavební produkce. Společnost disponuje nadprůměrnou mzdovou hladinou, má kvalitně a strukturovaně složenou mzdu, poskytuje širokou paletu benefitů, je váženým zaměstnavatelem v očích zaměstnanců a v porovnání s konkurencí je nad průměrem. The aim of the thesis is a theoretical definition of the concept of pay system, payroll system structure and employee benefits. Than, it's analysis and evaluation of the functionality of this system in selected company, which is Hochtief, which deals with the construction. This system is described and compared with the market. The analytical part deals with three mainpoints, namely the wage system of organization and benefit system. The second point is questioning in the company concerning remuneration and the third point is the comparison of the market in terms of wage relations, unemployment and building production. The company has an average wage level, and has a well-structured and composed wage, provides a wide variety of benefits, in the eyes of employees is taken as valued employer and in comparison with the competition is above the average
