Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací a spokojeností zaměstnanců v jedné z pražských firem. Teoretická část vymezuje základní oblasti celé problematiky. Zaměřuji se na vyjasnění pojmů motivace a stimulace, dále na motivaci pracovního jednání a zaměstnanecké výhody. Navazující praktická část analyzuje motivační systém a spokojenost zaměstnanců v dané společnosti pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výsledná zjištění jsou interpretována. Pro oblasti s nejhoršími výsledky jsou navržena doporučení, jejichž implementace by mohla vést k vyšší efektivnosti motivačního systému. This thesis is concerned with motivation and satisfaction of employees of one company in Prague. The theory is mainly focused on the explanation of motivation and stimulation, labour motivation and employee benefits. The point of the practical part is an analysis of the motivation system and employee satisfaction in the company. The resulting information is explicated. For the parts with the worst findings, some recommendations for improving the present motivation system are suggested.
