Active RC filters using CMOS technology
Veverka, David ; Kledrowetz, Vilém (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with issues of active RC filters and their application using CMOS technology. The work focuses on basic sumarization of fundamental knowledge about function of active RC filters but it also describes basic characteristics and parameters. The defined parameters are utilized in bachelors thesis. A research has been made about the current state in discussed topic and from this research there were derived parameters for simulations that are shown in the practical part of this work.
Reconstruction and strengthening of reinforced concrete ceiling construction
Ehrenberger, Ondřej ; Bažant, Zdeněk (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
This thesis addresses the repair and reinforcement of ceiling construction disturbed by excessive deflection. The aim is to design a gain ceiling structures suitable method. The proposal includes a calculation of prestressing losses. Calculation of internal forces was carried out using a computer program RFEM. The assessment was carried out according to limit states.
Reconstruction and strengthening of reinforced concrete ceiling construction
Klimeš, Petr ; Zich, Miloš (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The final thesis deals with strengthening of cast-in-place concrete ceiling in existing construction for couple of escalators. New prestressed beam, columns in new positions and strengthened girder with unbonded strands are building in this adjustments. Every member, including the existing construction, is verified for ultimate and serviceability limit state. Prestressed members are alternatively designed with bonded strands and these variants are comparison in terms of utilization and calculation.
The reconstruction of the prestressed railway bridge
Macková, Lucie ; Šedivý, Jan (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
Diploma thesis describes the design of main structure reinforcement of the railway bridge ,,Gagarin’’ in the 5,872 km of route Český Těšín – Ostrava Kunčice. Reinforcement is achieved by combination of composite slab-shaped channel with the continuous gravel ballast and free additional prestressing cables. There are 3 variants for which the design and assessment of main structure is performed. Evaluation of the options is performed on basis of calculations. There are made additional calculations and drawings for best variant.
Reconstruction of the existing bridge structure
Biller, Martin ; Krejčík, Vladimír (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
Master's thesis deals with the reinforcement and expansion of girder bridge (continuous bridge with three spans) across the river Jihlava in Ivančice and reinforcement on the load class A. This is done by using an additional external prestressing cables and composite monolithic slab. Amplification is verified by calculation of load capacity.
Strengthening steel beams using reinforcement based on FRP
Bláha, Tomáš ; Melcher, Jindřich (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
A study of an influence of strengthening steel beams using reinforcement based on FRP on a moment bearing resistance and bending stiffness. Evaluation of the theoretical calculation methods based on the performed experimental verification. Description of the production of carbon fibres and composite materials on the basis of carbon fibres.
Static provision of baroque church
Kadlec, Jaroslav ; Šiška, Radek (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
The master´s thesis solves a static provision of the Baroque church of Saint James in Městečko Trnávka. The church was built in 1752 in Baroque style on the place of the original Romanesque church. It is a single-nave building with dimensions of about 46 × 20 m. The nave is followed by a massive square tower with a height of about 34 m. The reason for the restoration of the church are cracks in the external masonry and arch due to small space stiffness. The building will be reinforced by horizontal and transverse prestressing. They are designed prestressing tendons, called monostrands, using method of alternative cable channels. It will help to avoid other derformations and it will increase a stiffness of the structure.
Modelling of differential current amplifier
Polák, Josef ; Šotner, Roman (referee) ; Jeřábek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of my diploma thesis was programming of systems for measuring AC, DC and impedance measurements. Each measuring system measures selected characteristics of current amplifier with controllable amplification DACA_N. Control programs I have created in Agilent VEE Pro 9.2. The measured data are stored to executable files in MS Excel for further processing. With created measurement programs I made measurements of eight current amplifiers. The results of individual measurements I compiled into graphs and compared with each other circuit characteristics of amplifiers. Then there is described controlling and connection of current amplifier and its construction. At the end the diploma thesis describes amplifiers with the worst and the best measured circuit characteristics. The measured values show that the amplifier DACA_N with slight differences works by theoretical assumptions and measurement systems suggested by me work with no problem.
Adjustable filters with utmost tuning and untraditional active elements
Voráč, Ladislav ; Herencsár, Norbert (referee) ; Jeřábek, Jan (advisor)
The thesis is paid to design frequency filters steerable jet active elements of the MO–CF (Multiple-Output Current Follower) and also newly-developed current active element DACA (Digitally Adjustable Current Amplifier) in the company ON Semiconductor. The first three chapters focus on basic properties of frequency filters, used components and circuit design methods. The digitally controllable current amplifier DACA is used for managing the radio frequency filters and adjust it using the current amplification parameter A through the digital input CTR. For the design of filters of the second order a method of M-C Signal flow graphs is used. This method is in the work proved very useful and contributed to the modification of already designed frequency filters. The fourth chapter describes the actual detailed design of circuits with quality management, or marginal frequencies to the two parameters. Involvement of the proposed filter is simulated in the OrCAD program for different levels of models of the circuit elements. At the end of each filter design there is a comparison of theoretical and simulated values of the adjustable parameters circuit. The conclusion was one of the districts selected for experimental verification, followed by comparing the measured and simulated transmission characteristics.
Strain Gage amplifier
Kneblík, Adam ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals about method of gain signals from strain gauge bridges. There are mentioned some signal conditioning methods for bridges amplifiers and charactered their properties. In the next part of this thesis are calculated the amplifier errors for various temperature. There are projected individual variants of strain gage amplifiers (instrumentation amplifier AD524, isolation amplifier, switched capacitor based instrumentation amplifier), their properties are compared with strain gage amplifier Vishay P-3500.
