Analysis of the implementation and use of SaaS IS in the Russian market

This paper deals with the implementation of SaaS in the Russian market, especially in the Ural region of the Russian Federation -- Republic of Bashkortostan. SaaS is usually considered as an alternative way for the dominant model of software installation at the customer office. SaaS has certain key differences related to the use of different types of outsourcing and switching from buying products for permanent use to the system with subscription fee, depending on the specific use of resources. The goal of the theoretical part of the paper is to construct the comprehensive picture of Cloud computing, cloud services especially SaaS, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of SaaS technology, call attention to issues of risk, safety, the process of deployment, focus on the analysis of the status of SaaS information systems in the world and analyze situation on the Russian market. The goal of the theoretical part of the paper is to get acquainted with the companies in the Ural region of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Bashkortostan, to show their attitude to cloud-based technologies, highlight the exploration and use of SaaS in the Republic of Bashkortostan, compare the current situation in Russian enterprises with the status of SaaS in the world. By questionnaire survey I will obtain basic data of the awareness and use of SaaS in this region of Russia. The expected benefits of work may include extending the knowledge of readers about Cloud computing and one of its services - the form of SaaS. Next benefit is that Czech managers and directors can use this paper during the decision on the implementation of this model in their business.
Education in the Czech Armed Forces with emphasis on motivation

Building on in-depth study of specialist literature, the present diploma thesis seeks to define the Czech Armed Forces' education system and determine whether the system is motivating enough for the Czech Armed Forces service personnel. The practical goal was to identify opportunities to improve academic training of employees in military organisations, for which a questionnaire survey was used to establish opinions of Czech Armed Forces service personnel on the provision of their education and academic training, their attitude on the need to study foreign languages, usability of languages in their service assignments as well as ascertaining importance of education as a motivating factor for people to join the Czech Armed Forces. The following methods were used to achieve the objectives: induction and deduction, study and analysis of texts and documents, comparison, focus groups, participant observation and interviewing. The goal set for the thesis was achieved, as has been proven by the means of established hypothesises and their verification. The methods employed ascertained that the Czech Armed Forces has a well set system of service personnel training that facilitates an effective education system management.
The market of fruit beer in the Czech Republic

This thesis is focused on the market with fruit beer in the Czech Republic. It is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is composed of two chapters. Market research, qualitative and quantitative methods of market research are described in the first chapter. The second chapter characterizes the brand, hierarchical structure of brands, positioning and price research. The market with fruit beer in the Czech Republic is introduced in the practical part. Next, the own questionnaire survey is described. The aim of this thesis is to discover the target group of fruit beer. Then, what awareness the Czech consumers about fruit beer have and what price consumers reckon for half-litre fruit beer sold in the shop.
Analysis of the consumer behavior of the Czech Beer Festival visitors

This thesis is focused on the market research. The basis is an analysis of the consumer behavior of the Czech beer festival visitors. The survey was conducted through the written questionnaires and should show whether the event promotion is effective, which of the used cumminaciation channels have the biggest response and whether the visitors were dis/satisfied and what contributes to it. Basic information about the Czech Beer Festival and about the possible rivals are described in the first part of the thesis. The second and third part is theoretical. It introduces the term of event marketing, integration of this communaciation instrument into the company communacition strategy and basic information about the market research doing through questionnaires. The questions, projection and evaluation of the results are in the fourth part, that is the basic core of this thesis. The overall appraisal and reccomendations for the future are prepared in the last part.
The factors of effective of advertising slogan and their consumer perception

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is besides theoretical clarification of the necessary terms, defining characteristics of an effective advertising slogan and a demonstration of their use in practice with concrete examples too. Another aim of this work is using a questionnaire survey to clarify what characteristics of slogan respondents appreciate and determination of possible relation between the attainment of specified characteristics of slogan, knowledge of slogan and evaluation of slogan by respondents. To fulfil these objectives, the synthesis was used, especially in the theoretical part. The other methods used in the Thesis were the analysis of selected slogans and carried out questionnaire survey. Using these methods work came to conclusion which characteristics of efficiency slogan are most widely used and which of these characteristics have an effect on knowledge and evaluation of slogans by respondents.
The strategy of the Bata Shoe Company on foreign markets (with a focus on the Czech market)

The bachelor thesis deals with the presence of the Bata Shoe Company on foreign markets. The emphasis is placed on the Czech market because of the larger amount of information available and also because of the possibility to conduct my own survey. Since the Czech affiliates of Bata are part of the Bata Shoe Organisation (BSO), based in Toronto, we can consider the Czech market to be foreign market. The aim of the thesis is to compare the original strategy of the Bata Shoe Company with the current strategy of the company. The work is based also on a SWOT analysis of the company. Information was collected from printed and electronic sources, as well as through a questionnaire survey conducted in the store of the Bata Company between employees and customers. The analysis of all the data obtained shows, that the basic elements of the Bata Management System are still maintained in running the company, particularly in relation to the company's customers and employees.
Management of transport services

The main goal of this theses is to evaluate the public transportation service in České Budějovice. The theoretical part of this thesis offers the reader, basic information about services, their characteristics, features, but also information about pricing and types of services. Reader will be also acquainted with information about transportation services. Analytical part of the thesis describes actual status of public transportation in České Budějovice. The various routes, means of transport and conditions for transportation are described in detail. The financial development of public transport provider, Dopravní podnik města České Budějovice, is also evaluated. In order to achieve the main goal of thesis, the questionnaire with the focus on customer needs, was created. Thanks to the responses of the passengers, it was possible to determine which are the most important positives and negatives of public transportation in České Budějovice. Subsequently, the SWOT analysis was made. The SWOT analysis determined, what strategy the company should select in the future. Based on the results from performed analysis, it was then possible to suggest some proposals, that would in the future lead to improvement of public transportation service of České Budějovice.

The Bachelor Thesis deals with country travelling or country tourism. The theoretical part, or the research, explains concepts like country and country space, travelling, tourism and sustainable development. It delimits the types and forms of tourism and its benefits and drawbacks. The practical part of the Bachelor Thesis deals with the Region of Český Krumlov, or specifically with the village of Holubov and its country tourism. The Thesis includes questionnaire survey. The questionnaire results present the opinion of the village inhabitants on tourism in their village. The partial task of the Bachelor Thesis consists in comparing the opinions of the inhabitants of the village of Holubov with the results of the questionnaire survey performed among the inhabitants of the village of Zahrádky (District of Jindřichův Hradec) within the ?Tourism in country space? Bachelor Thesis (Trčková, 2012). A village in a nature conservation area, situated between significant towns, is compared to a suburban village, not situated in a nature conservation area and located on the border of the District of Jindřichův Hradec.
Stress factors arising from the profession

The main aim of this bachelor work, which called Stress factors arising from the profession, is to explore stress factors in the workplace. In the theoretical part of this thesis were summarized issues of stress, symptoms of stress, stress and healthy, types of stressors, stress factors in the workplace and stress management.The selected research mehtodology was a questionnaire surfy. The research was focused on the speeches of employees, work enviroment and stress management. The workers were uncontrolly interviewed. The questionnaire was filled in by a total of 232 respondents. All respondents were workers who are in daily contact with customers. The data were evaluated overall and made into tables and graphs which were followed by particular results and discussions on individual issues.Based on the results we can say that many factors contribute to work stress. Some factors are more important than others, but each can be influential. Main factors are customers, poor working conditions, lack of job security, poor relationships with co-workers or supervizor, too much responsibility for people or for things, salary or extremely difficult tasks.
