Legal Regulation of Capital Construction

112 Summary The present thesis analyses legal regulation of capital construction in the Czech Republic. It defines the term of capital construction as a legal, economic and technical activity involving comprehensive development and launching of investment units, putting it in the context of the current legal regulation of capital construction, included primarily in Sections 536 through 565 of the Commercial Code governing contracts for work. The thesis outlines the history of legal regulation, dealing with capital investment regulation in the then Economic Code, which was very detailed and of relatively good quality, but a product of its time and - compared to the current regulation - very imperative, denying the principle of an autonomous will of the contracting parties. The thesis mentions the then understanding of the contract for work, which - contrary to the present situation - did not exist as a single contract type but included a number of particular contract types. Differentiation between two stages of capital construction (preparation of capital construction and execution of capital construction) and the specific performance which was agreed used to be crucial for the choice and application of the specific type of contract. Price of Construction and Possibilities of Supplier

The aim of this thesis is to describe the possibilities contractor in determining the price at possible changes during the process of construction supplies. You need to have a set price of construction work, which is a necessary part of the work contract. It is good to know the rights and obligations of the parties in the construction. In the practical part, the work deals with the possibility of fixing prices as well by the contractor under the contract for work.

Preparation of the Building Order

The thesis focuses on preparation of the building order. In the theoretical part, there is described the creation of the preparation of the building. In addition to that, there is introduced acting of the construction company on the construction market with the scope of the South Moravian region. The practical part deals with the concrete construction contract, where procedure and activities of the preparation of the building order are described. The aim of this part is the suggestion of optimized solution of the preparation of the building order.

Warehouse in Šakvice - construction technological project

Main goal of this thesis is effective design and comprehensible description of the assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton warehouse in Šakvice. In several chapters of this thesis is for preparing of this investor´s plan solved supplies prefabricated components. As well as their assembly into construction, equipment of construction site, used technologies, quality control and safety of performed works. There is great emphasis on the construction budget and its chronology. The aim was to use the rapid progress of construction of the supporting skeleton, taking into account the financial coast of the proposed technology.

This master’s thesis is focused on the business risk protection in construction projects. The first part is dedicated to an interpretation of theoretical knowledge which defines and describes the risk, acquaints readers with principles of the risk management and presents commonly used forms of the business risk protection in practice. The second part deals with a practical use of the protection tools and proposes their effective adjustment in the selected public works contracts.

This Master´s thesis deals with the realization of roofing winter stadium in Krnov. Selected points of construction technology project are technical report, financial plan and schedule, project site facilities and design of the main construction machinery. Detail work solves rough superstructure. This part contains the technological prescription of specifications supporting the roof structure, transportation of oversized glued arched trusses, inspection and test plan, risks and precaution, a detailed schedule and itemized budget. The work also includes a draft contract for work.

This master´s thesis deals with the constructive technological project of block of flats. This is the small flats, located in the center of Třinec. Whole project is procesed to rough construction. The main part of the work are technical report, time and financial plan, study of imlementatio of the main technological phases, project site equipment, draft machine assembly, time plan of the main building structure, technological regulation for mounted ceramic ceiling and other documents necessary for construction planning.

They will further focus on the rough construction of the main building structure, where processing technology studies during construction schedule, the project site equipment, budget and other documents that are necessary for the proper implementation of construction.
