Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stavebně technologickým projektem bytového domu. Jedná se o malometrážní byty, které se nachází v centru města Třinec. Celý projekt je zpracován pro hrubou stavbu. Hlavní části této práce jsou technická zpráva, časový a finanční plán, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap, projekt zařízení staveniště, návrh strojní sestavy, časový plán hlavního stavebního objektu, technologický předpis pro montovaný keramický strop, kontrolní a zkušební plán, položkový rozpočet a další dokumenty nezbytné při plánování stavby. This master´s thesis deals with the constructive technological project of block of flats. This is the small flats, located in the center of Třinec. Whole project is procesed to rough construction. The main part of the work are technical report, time and financial plan, study of imlementatio of the main technological phases, project site equipment, draft machine assembly, time plan of the main building structure, technological regulation for mounted ceramic ceiling and other documents necessary for construction planning.
