Opportunities for improvement of hotel’s quality system

The thesis is focused on opportunities for improvement of the hotel's quality management. The main goal is to evaluate and improve current quality management in the chosen hotel with emphasis on the National quality system. The system should come into effect latest in 2015 and it is based on requirement of quality management systems such as the EFQM Excellence model and ISO 9001:2009.

Use of Information Technology and Internet in Tourism Management

This master thesis deals with information systems used by tourism. Its aim was to map the accommodation reservation systems, describe their characteristics from the prospective of both accomodation providers and their clients and describe the associated business processes. Existing reservation systems on the accommodation market were evaluated according to preselected criteria. A perfect the reservation system was proposed based on the investigation of the characteristics and criteria compliance.

Bachelor's thesis deals with the accommodation and catering services in the region Lipno. The aim of this work is the analysis of accommodation and catering services in this area and recommendations for the formulation and development in selected areas. Results were achieved by using primary and secondary data. Primary data from the questionnaire survey was used and controlled interviews, which contributed most to the proposals and recommendations set out in the end work.

Analysis of tourism services in Jihlava region

The title of this Bachelor thesis is Analysis of tourism services in Jihlava region. At beginnig were defined exact aims, which were also accomplished. At first was written the Situational Analysis solving the main aspects needed for analysing tourism services in Jihlava region. It was mentioned geografical, demografical a historical delimitation as well as tourism sector. The second part of this Bachelor thesis is Classification of tourism services mainly accommodation, boarding and enquiry offices. On the basis of teoretical principles was executed Marketing Research. Thanks to the results was compiled Proposal of marketing improvement. The result was also estimation of defined hypothesis, which were: 1. Jihlava region is not sufficiently propagated. 2. In Jihlava region is not sufficiently developed agroturism, although this region has a great potential.

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to conduct the analysis of the tourist services provided on the territory of the Šumava National Park, furthermore, to suggest its contingent innovation. The analysis focused on accommodation, food, transport services, shopping opportunities and other services. Further the layout analysis, comparison of municipalities, competition analysis and destination demand analysis was accomplished.

Characterization of the accommodation network in the Rakovník region

The aim of this thesis is to characterize the accommodation network in the Rakovník region and determines, if it corresponds to the tourists' requirements. The introductory part deals with the system of the classification and the categorisation of the accommodation units. The next part describes the Rakovník region and its tourism potential and briefly describes the history of accommodation. The accommodation units are describes and the questionnaire is evaluated in the general part. This questionnaire identifies the demand of the tourists coming to the Rakovník region for the accommodation units. The final part summarizes the situation in the region.

Comparison of selected websites in the sphere of tourism (accommodation) in the Czech Republic

The aim of the thesis is to analyze and compare selected websites in the sphere of tourism (accommodation) in the Czech Republic. The introductory part deals with tourism - including accommodation - in general, and describes the methods of web search. In the following part, the criteria for an evaluation of the individual websites are defined. The choice of criteria focuses on the websites' credibility, usefulness, possibilities of web search, and on the forms of accommodation demand and reservation. The next part of the thesis consists of an analysis and evaluation of four selected accommodation portals' websites. The final part of the thesis comprises suggestions of ways in which the individual websites could be improved, and an ideal accommodation portal proposal.

Práce je zaměřena na cestovní kancelář jako podnik - její činnost, služby, funkce, tvorbu a druhy zájezdů a způsoby jejich propagace. Důležitou součástí práce je analýza nabídky CK MILE, konkrétně pěti Řeckých ostrovů. Kapitoly jsou zaměřené na analýzu ubytovacích zařízení,stravovacích služeb,všeobecných smluvních podmínek,cenové politiky a způsobů prezentace nabídky. V závěru práce je nabídka CK MILE porovnána s nabídkou CK Greece Tours.
