Analysis of the offer of chosen tour operator

The thesis is focused on tour operator one-step CZ and its offer. The theoretical part contains definition of basic terms of tourism industry, such as tour operator, holiday package and especially the Act Nr. 159/1999 Coll. about some conditions of business in the tourism industry is presented. The next part is characterisation of the tour operator and its competitors. The last part is focused on the offer of one-step CZ. Holiday packages and services are analysed in detail. Finally, the offer of the tour operator is evaluated using SWOT analysis.
Psychological and social aspects of tour operator's activity

This graduation thesis focuses on analyzing a tour operator's supply and it's comparison with the results of empirical research. Trends of demand in tourism industry, preferences and expectations of clients will be compared with the vision of the tour operator on the base of theoretical knowledge and the results of empirical research. To reach improvement of the supply the needed measures will be advised in the end of the thesis. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical base and the empirical research.

The Master's Thesis is focused on business plan, concretely on founding of a new tour operator for people with special needs. First part describes principles of business plan, tourism, issues regarding tour operators and defines tourism for all (accessible tourism). Practical part concerns creation of business plan itself. The purpose is to describe tour operator, analyze tourism industry, the competition and segment. The thesis is focused on marketing and finance plans as well (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow statement included). It is concluded with SWOT and risk analysis and the visions to the future.
The analysis of a foundation a new tour operator - business plan

The aim of the thesis is to elaborate a business plan for a newly established tour operator that will compile both domestic and foreign tours tailored for customers and their pets. It will then evaluate the possibility of realization. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is generally characterized by entrepreneurial activity in the Czech Republic, legislative requirements and legal forms of business. At this general level is applied to business activities of tour operators. The second part of the document defines the term business plan including its requirements and general users. The third part is an particular emerging business plan tour operator Pet Travel Ltd. Business plan presents the characteristics of the business purpose, analysis and market environment and finally marketing and financial plan. The conclusions will be drawn to the success and risks of the project.
The Establishment of the Travel Agency with the Spezialisation in Hiking Tourism

As a topic of a bachelor work was chosen a procedure conected with an establishment of a travel agency. The aim of a project is to make a suggestion of an establishment of a travel agency with a speciliaziation in hiking tourism and an analysis of conditions needed for development of tourism in Ledeč nad Sázavou. A procedure included an analysis of an environment of a company and a view on a competition in the field. The results allowed to chose the most appropriate marketing strategy orientated on a noticeable distinction from other touroperators. According to received information was created a marketing mix and a market research confirmed a labour hypothesis.
Characterisation and comparison of travel operator's tour offers to a selected destination

This bachelor thesis deals with an evaluation of package holidays to Norway offered through chosen Czech travel operators for the 2010 season. After clarification of the terms 'tour operator' and 'destination of tourism', information about the country and interesting attractivities and products will be discussed. The core of this work is to analyse and compare vacation packages to Norway with an objective to help the tourism consumer when choosing a package and to help a tour operator with its formation.
Creating sightseeing tour to the selected destination

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to create innovative, cost effective sight-seeing tour, where active learning about Thailand is daily alternated by rest at sea. Destinations are selected in an unusual combination, which currently are not offered by any travel agency. The tour is also characterized by an appropriate combination of air, road and water transport and interesting excursions, which are included in the price.Bachelor thesis is divided into two main chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the fundamental concepts that need to be well understood for the subsequent orientation in this thesis. The second chapter is dealing with the creation of the sightseeing tour to Thailand. In conclusion of this bachelor thesis it is considered if a target have been met and attachments make up the chapters of photos, spreadsheets and other important information.
Package holiday to Netherlands (outgoing tourism)

The main aim of this project is to create such package holiday to Netherlands which has been ordered by a conrete client. Package holiday to Netherlands in this project is primarily focused on exploring cultural, historical and natural attractions of this country. First part of this thesis is a theoretical section that desribes the process of creation of the holiday package by tour operator. People who take part in this package holiday will visit the capital of Netherlands - Amsterdam, they will admire beauties of Keukenhof, the floral park, they will see a process of production of the traditional pottery, the Delft ware and they will visit the cheese market and open-air museum of wind mills in Zaanse Schans.
Transformation of the selected travel agency VS Tours into a touroperator

This final thesis deals with the process of transforming of the selected travel agency VS Tours into a touroperator. All formalities and practical steps that are necessary for a successful process are analyzed and evaluated. In the first part general legal conditions for tourism industry in the Czech Republic as well as the formal transformation process are described. The second part first introduces the existing travel agency VS Tours and deals further with practical aspects of its transformation into a touroperator, including drafts of the necessary documents. The third part solves purely the practical aspects of the matter. A proposal for a profile product of the new touroperator, its marketing strategy and revenue calculations are presented. The work as a whole proposes a complex plan for transforming the travel agency VS Tours into a touroperator. The work can also be generally seen as a guide for any other travel agency planning a similar step.
Marketing strategy of a selected tour operator

The objective of the thesis "Marketing strategy of a selected tour operator" is to get acquainted with the marketing strategy of MILE tour operator aiming to propose possible improvements based on carried analysis. The first part includes general theories of marketing and its specifics in tourism. The second part is the application of this theory into practice, starting with the basic characteristics of MILE tour operator, followed by analysis of its standing in the tourism market including analysis of external and internal environment, analysis of competitors and own questionnaire research. The next part contains analysis of the tour operator's current marketing strategy. The thesis results in concrete suggestions to improve market targeting, setting goals, selecting a marketing strategy and marketing mix.
