Habartová, Eliška ; Nečasová, Pavla (advisor) ; Švermová, Dagmar (referee)
The master thesis deals with the topic of including and using tablets in the process of the German language teaching. In its first three chapters, it lays down the basic facts and observation relevant to the usage of a tablet as a teaching aid. Furthermore, two methods of research were carried out in its practical part, namely questionnaire research and action research. This thesis is aimed at presenting a cohesive description of the possibilities of didactic and methodical usage of tablets in the process of foreign language teaching, particularly then in the German language teaching. The result of the questionnaire research showed, that tablets do not have its established position even in the schools that have already got them. It also revealed, that the frequency of usage tablets in foreign language teaching was quite low, but the pupils perceived it as sufficient.
Modern technology from the viewpoint of a secondary school teacher (from 6th grade to 9th grade)
Doležel, Radim ; Syřiště, Ivo (advisor) ; Duschinská, Karolina (referee)
In my bachelor thesis I deal with taking advantage of using modern technology, as about important form of modern education, and how often do teachers involve modern technology in education in general. I concern myself with different types of modern technologies, their usage and how they can be engaged into education. Among other issues, I mention also educational projects "Vzdělávání 21" or "Škola dotykem" which pursue using modern technologies in teaching. I speak also about on-line technology which is an indivisible part of modern technology in common. I compare advantages and disadvantages of engaging these technologies into tuition and I try to present a comprehensive view on this issue. Method section concentrates on the results from the research questionnaire where I mostly investigated the relationship between the teacher and modern technology. I asked schoolteachers whether these technologies are supportive of them or they are just an obstacle in educational process, which technologies are they familiar with and if the teachers actively use the technology in their classes. Nevertheless, research questions included the viewpoint on how the technology determines some of the characteristics of the pupils in class.

Machutková, Hana ; Šklubalová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Ondrejček, Pavel (referee)
1 Abstract Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Department of: Departmanet of Pharmaceutical technology Consultant: doc. PharmDr. Zdeňka Šklubalová Ph.D. Student: Hana Machutková Title of Thesis: Influence of different types and ratios of microcrystalline cellulose and lactose on physical properties of tablet blends and tablets. In this study, the properties of tablet blends prepared from five different kinds of microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel ® A-101, 102, 105, 112, 200) and three types of lactose in different proportions were evaluated. Moisture content, the bulk and tapped density and the angle of repose were compared for tablet blends. The addition of lactose to the mixtures caused the decrease in the moisture content in the tablet blends. After evaluating the flow properties, the mixtures with suitable characteristics were compacted at compression forces of 8 and 12 kN. The force required to eject the tablet, the table strength, the disintegration time and the friability of the resulting tablets were estimated. The worst compressibility was identified for mixtures with higher concentration of Avicel 105. Due to its very small and fine particles (approximately 20μm) the filling of matrix was not uniform making tablet compression unsuccessful and thus the of uniform...

Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of: Pharmaceutical Technology Consultant: Doc. PharmDr. Šklubalová Zdeňka, Ph.D. Student: Brunettová Monika Title of Thesis: Determination of flow properties of mixtures for preparation of tablets containing theophylline The aim of this diploma thesis was to characterize the flow properties and moisture content of mixtures for preparation of tablets containing theophylline. Parameters were monitored depending mainly on the content of the fillers, that were dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose and lactose. Twenty-five prepared mixtures with different ratios of these fillers were evaluated. Flowability was evaluated by three methods stated in Czech Pharmacopoeia 2009 - compressibility index and Hausner ratio, flow through an orifice and angle of repose. Moisture content was evaluated as a weight loss during drying. Mixtures containing dicalcium phosphate and lactose proved more appropriate in terms of flowability, their flow properties are passable. However, according to the moisture content, mixture with microcrystalline cellulose are more preferable.
