Energy efficient boarding house in Havlíčkův Brod
Hlaváčová, Magda ; Hirš, Jiří (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
The aim of this master‘s project is the design of an energy-efficient guest house with a restaurant located in Havlíčkův Brod. This master‘s project consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the architectural and structural design of the guest house, the second part on the design of building services and the third part on the comparison of software for creating the energy performance of a building. It is about the DEKSOFT program in the Energy module from the company DEK, a.s. and in the Energy 2020 program from Svoboda Software. The building is detached and has two above-ground floors. The ground floor contains a restaurant with an adjacent kitchen, an office, a utility room, an air condition room and an entrance hall with a reception and a staircase to the second floor. On the second floor there are six apartments and one common corridor. The structural system is designed from ceramic blocks with thermal insulation made of mineral wool. Horizontal load-bearing structures and stairs are designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building has a flat service roof and flat extensive green roof. Heating is provided by a wood-fired solid fuel boiler located in the utility room. The building has mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. There are also photovoltaic panels on the flat roof of the building.
Building Energy Performance Certificate
Farkhutdinova, Iuliia ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
In the bachelor thesis, the author focuses on the evaluation of an apartment building's energy efficiency in Ostrava before and after its reconstruction. In the theoretical part (A), the basic concepts of energy performance of buildings and the relationships between them are presented. In the calculation part (B), the comparison of the energy needs and an energy evaluation of the building before and after its reconstruction is provided. The assessment is performed by an energy performance certificate (PENB). Its part is the proposal of cost-saving measures for the current state of the building after reconstruction. The results consist of the three energy performance certificates presented in the part C.
Energy performance of a civic building
Kořenková, Veronika ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to process three variants of energy performance certificate of the building with different heat sources. The building is in mountain area Bílá in Frýdek-Místek region. The thesis has three parts. First part is focused on literary research of heat pumps. Second, calculation part, describes three proposed heat source solution. First heat source is heat pump, second is pellet boiler and the last one is gas condensing boiler. All three variants are evaluated from the economic and ecological perspective. Last part of the thesis contains three energy performance certificates of the examined building.
Energy Performance Certificate of the Building
Lněnička, Petr ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the energy performance of the Mars hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the conversion of sunlight into electric power using solar-powered photovoltaics. The practical part is focused on the analysis of energy consumption and energy flux of the inspected building. The final part C concerns about the result of this thesis – the energy performance certificate of the analyzed building.
Home for the elderly
Remešová, Kristýna ; Struhala, Karel (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
This master thesis describes the design of a detached two-storey home for the eldery in Holešov with seventeen apartment units. The thesis includes architectural and structural designs, concept of technical systems and assessment of the building’s energy performance. The last part of the master thesis is about the vegetated roof water-balance. On the first floor there are facilities, canteen, a doctor´s office, a caretaker´s office, hairdresser´s and pedicure, buffet, tool storage and eight apartment units (1+kk – seven flats, 2+kk – one flat). On the second floor there are caregiver´s office, rehabilitation room, common room with library, and nine apartment units (1+kk – seven flats, 2+kk –two flat). The building has concrete foundations. Loadbearing walls are made of ceramic blocks. Floor structures and staircase are designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat extensive green roof. The envelope is insulated with ETICS. There are nineteen parking spaces on the plot. The drawings were elaborated in AutoCAD software.
Energetická náročnost objektu pro bydlení z pohledu regulace vytápění
Vavruška, Martin
The diploma thesis deals with the influence of building modifications in the form of thermal insulation of the external cladding and replacement of windows on the energy performance of the building. In addition to the building modifications, the influence of heating regulation and hot water preparation on the energy performance of the building is assessed. These facts are analyzed for two older, just reconstructed, houses of similar size. Heat - technical calculations are made in the TV program of the company Protech, Nový Bor. The output is an analysis of simple return on investment in individual measures. In its second part, the thesis deals with the design of several examples of regulation. It concerns the regulation of underfloor heating, solar collector using one storage tank, solar collector using two storage tanks and automatic closing of the storage tank of the heating system. The electronics of the controllers are solved by the Arduino Mega 2560 chip. In addition to the programmable arduino chip, the three-way valve, temperature sensor and pump are used for underfloor heating. The solar system uses solar collector, temperature sensors, storage tanks, programmable Arduino chip, pumps, solenoid valve and LCD display. The automatic closing of the accumulation tank uses the solenoid valve, temperature sensor, pump and Arduino.
Porovnání zděné stavby a dřevostavby rodinného domu
Fiala, Dušan
This work discusses objective comparison between brick and wooden buildings. In the beginning reader can find some information about history of compared materials and types of construction systems. Buildings are compared by several chosen criteria. Drawing documentation is made for two concrete construction types - wooden building with frame construction and brick building from ceramic cavity fitting. Thermal-technical assessments, certificates of energy intensity of buildings, size of usable area and price according to enclosed area are made for both types of buildings. The difficulties of design work on both buildings are considered too. Subsequently the results are compared with each other.
Návrh rodinného domu se zaměřením na energetickou náročnost
Ťupová, Klára
The diploma thesis deals with the design of an energy-efficient single-storey family house in the STEICO structural system with a lean-to roof for a family of four. The house is of rectangular-shape plan with a roofed external terrace and roofed parking place for a car. An integral part of the thesis will be the project documentation respecting the current standard and legislative requirements in the Czech republic. The thesis is focused on the solution of energy-saving houses based on the assesment of energy efficiency according to czech regulation no. 78/2013 utilizing Teplo and Energie software applications. An integral part ot the assesment is also a comparison of different heating and HDW source alternatives with respect to actual heat loss of the building.
