Práce pojednává o objektivním porovnání dřevostaveb a zděných staveb. Na začátku práce je čtenáři nastíněna historie porovnávaných materiálů a zmíněny typy konstrukčních systémů. Stavby jsou mezi sebou porovnány dle několika zvolených kritérií. Pro konkrétní dva konstrukční typy, kterými jsou dřevostavba s rámovou konstrukcí a zděná stavba z keramických dutinových tvarovek, je zpracována výkresová dokumentace. Pro obě varianty jsou provedena tepelně-technická posouzení, průkazy energetické náročnosti budovy, dále je stanovena velikost užitné plochy a cena stavby podle obestavěného prostoru. Také je vyjádřena náročnost projekčních prací na navrhovaných stavbách. Následně jsou výsledky mezi sebou porovnány. This work discusses objective comparison between brick and wooden buildings. In the beginning reader can find some information about history of compared materials and types of construction systems. Buildings are compared by several chosen criteria. Drawing documentation is made for two concrete construction types - wooden building with frame construction and brick building from ceramic cavity fitting. Thermal-technical assessments, certificates of energy intensity of buildings, size of usable area and price according to enclosed area are made for both types of buildings. The difficulties of design work on both buildings are considered too. Subsequently the results are compared with each other.
